WARNING This place is a fraud and a scam that should prevent people from having our bad experience. - The host operates with alternative places that deviate from what you see on booking and send clients from place to place independant of what has been confirmed. - No information on the web site is correct. When we arrived on the address given by booking, nothing was there. We had to call after finally finding a phone number to be given another address 6 km outside Terni with totally different options than what we ordered and originally had confirmed. - All data given on booking site incl. GSM data, phone numbers, addresses are false. - Room was not clean, one small bed very uncomfortable and with 35-40 degrees C despite a small fan running. - Bathroom dirty with used tooth brushes still in sight. No water with enough pressure for showers or bath. - TV not possible to activate - Breakfast extremely moderate and poor, not even continental standard - Nothing around for eating or buying because of the change of venue according to our original confirmed booking. - Owners dog (partly untamed) barking very often during the night. - By no means accept automatic charging from booking for anything related to the socalled "San Valentino B&B" For Booking.com: This B&B owner should be removed from the list of available accomodations in Terni
