Very good

The view was amazing, sea views and sunrise every morning. The pool was lovely. It’s not heated but in July that’s definitely a benefit. The reception lady was fantastic, super friendly!

The wifi isn’t the best

Location of room very disappointing. Locks were changed on the studio during our stay without notice while we were out.

The pool.

The studio units (which we booked) are not part of the property, but are in a separate residential block. You must leave the property to get to your room.

Great helpful staff!

Paid for seaview which we most certainly got. However, we were placed in an annex off the main building which happened to unfortunately be next to a local who had two lovely barky dogs, every morning! Would visit again but request a different room.

Excellent with a few downers

Excellent service and friendly. Good sized pool. Large room with sun terrace and a nice shower. Very clean and comfortable. Ample parking most of the time. Great views.

No bathroom door. The terrace door was broken so couldn't lock, however it was fixed promptly after we realised. On one occasion there wasn't enough parking. Breakfast was overpriced. Not many vegan options.

Superb

The staff were excellent. Didn't eat there so don't know what the food was like.

It wasn't too far from the old town walking but just a bit hilly so runners or flat shoes.

Claudia on reception was very helpful and friendly. The other staff were all great too, Paula at the pool bar and other staff were also very hard working and friendly. The view to the sea was great from our apartment room.

The pool area was rather small and shaded for the amount of guests.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Great location, away from the noisy parts of town but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants

I had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The hotel was so clean and the rooms were serviced daily. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I had a lovely room on the 3rd floor with a sea view which was fab. The only thing that could be improved is the menu at the pool cafe. It is very limited and basic.

Great location

The location of the hotel was fantastic and only a short walk to all the main restaurants and bar. The pool was amazing and so big with lots of chairs for everyone to use.

The hotel is a bit pricey for what it is. It is quite outdated and could use an update. The fact that our sheets and towels weren't changed as often as we'd like. Also the pool shutting at 7pm was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful Area

Sea view, near to Beach and Old Town. Hotel staff so friendly and helpful.

Located on on a hill. Area quite hilly so you need to fit enough to walk it. Towels were only provided every other day, and not a lot of them.

We had a quiet and comfy room with a great view. Only a short walk from the party mile

A small but nice room with a balcony above Albufeira's Old Town. Even though it's only a short walk from the party mile the room was very quiet. The balcony had a great view over the city and the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet and solid

Quiet location just far enough away from the noise and lights and also the beach. Little bit hilly but nothing is too far away. The room AC is great. Staff were very friendly.

The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. But only personal preference.

Good for short stay for a wedding nearby.

There were always hotel beds at the pool when we wanted them 👌🏻 the shower had really good pressure. The staff were very friendly.

it was quite dated and our room was very small. It was not the cheapest option in the area and yet there was an extra charge for things like the gym, and even a charge to have a kettle in your room.
