This hotel is in a superb location. It was spotlessly clean, the view over the river was perfect, food was absolutely spot on, ALL staff were polite helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great with alot of choice. This hotel is 3 stars but all 4 of us would have given it 5. Very nice stay, we will probably return and would recommend it 100%.
Bar closes at 11... perhaps make it 1130 in future !!!

The location is amazing. The staff is super-friendly and attentive. The food.
The lift only goes to the 2nd floor. We had a room on the third. The room was great, but with a baby buggy it was a little cumbersome to carry from the 2nd to 3rd floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel is located on the river and close to the bridge.

Wifi was a bit patchy. There were a couple of coffee mugs in the room, however there was no kettle.
