Établissement très bien situé au cœur de Budapest. L’hôtel est très joliment décoré, les chambres son spacieuses et très agréables. Le calme règne dans tout l’établissement. Personnel très à l’écoute, disponible et professionnel. Tout l’hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et certains produits changent tous les jours.

Excellent location, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was modern, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The roof top swimming pool is a great addition to the hotel. The room was cleaned frequently and the breakfast was fantastic with loads of choices and high-quality food. Would have no problem staying here again, really is of 5 star standard.

The only issue I had was the room was very hot and I could not seem to control the AC in the room however, I did not raise this issue with the staff members so I can not hold it against the hotel as everything else was so good.

Room was very clear and bed was comfortable. Great pool facilities.

There was no smoking area , you had to go outside the front door for a cigarette even at the pool top of roof which was a big problem for a smoker which I am and booking . Com should have stated that . The balcony you could not smoke on and that’s why I booked a room with a balcony

Je recommande à 100% ! J'ai l'habitude de voyager et je suis rarement tombé sur un hôtel aussi exceptionnel. Le personnel était d'une bienveillance et d'un accompagnement incroyables. Nous avons été accueillis par Adam, qui s'est montré très serviable et attentionné ! Les chambres sont très propres et calmes, et le rooftop avec la piscine et le bar constitue vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau ! De plus, j'ai été agréablement surprise par un petit cadeau qu'ils m’ont offert pour mon anniversaire ! N'hésitez pas, c'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai visités !

Very professional staff, the check-in process was very helpful, as the agent provided us with all the needed info about the hotel and the city. They made our stay special by providing complimentary champagne for our anniversary as well. The pool was a bit chill for us ~30 degrees(personal preference) but it can be used as it is an indoor rooftop pool. Amazing breakfast and location of the hotel (5 min walk from the Basilica Church Square). If you have a car, they provide parking at a nearby hotel at an extra cost (25€/night) or you can park on the street. Definitely recommend this place for a short stay near the center in Budapest!

Dieses Hotel hat mich wahrhaftig verzaubert! Die Zimmer sind modern, einladend und duften herrlich frisch. Die offenen Badezimmer und die 100%ige Sauberkeit haben mich beeindruckt. Sowohl die Suite als auch das Doppelzimmer bieten eine Kaffee- und Teebar sowie sogar ein Pillow-Menü – eine Besonderheit, die nicht oft zu finden ist. Das Frühstück überzeugte mit einem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service. Die Vielfalt am Buffet, mit süßen und herzhaften Speisen sowie veganen und vegetarischen Optionen, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Check-in, begleitet von einem Willkommensgetränk. Der Check-In bei dem Adam (?) alles im Detail erklärte, in deutscher Sprache führte und sogar Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gab – ein besonderes Lob an ihn! Der Check-out verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Der Pool überzeugte mit ausgezeichneter Temperatur und mit einer tollen Aussicht. Auch die Bar war spitze. Die Sauberkeit und die Öffnungszeiten waren top. Das Hotel im Dschungel-Stil beeindruckt nicht nur durch sein Design, sondern auch durch die 1A-Lage. Es ist ein Nichtraucherhotel, selbst auf dem Balkon. Die Liebe zum Detail ist hier spürbar – ein rundum gelungenes Wohlfühlprogramm. Vielen Dank für diese zauberhafte Erfahrung!

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Besteck muss man sich selbst holen. Im Frühstückssaal war die Akustik ziemlich laut, das ist aber bemängeln auf hohen Niveau.

All the staff are so friendly and always available for any questions you have. Breakfast is a really good spread with a variety of different dishes to try. Room was really comfortable

Air con didn’t seem very powerful so not sure what a stay in the summer would be like however I’m sure they would provide fans if needed.

The property is very nice and clean and takes care to ensure it’s customer service is good in most areas. It feels quite initimate, especially with the pool at the top. Breakfast was highly varied and tea coffee was available 24/7.

The room was too hot. The conditioning system had been turned off for winter and there was seemingly no option to turn it back on. Room temp was warmer than our summer holiday in Greece (around 23-24C mainly) and there was nothing we could do about it and nothing they were able to/would do. This was disappointing.

Заказывали номер с балконом, очень уютно, чисто. В номере тапочки, халаты, полотенца для бассейна,кофемашина, чай. Приветствуют бутылкой воды и маленькой коробочкой вкусных конфет. Отличный матрас, меню подушек. Персонал замечательный. Бассейн работает с 6ти утра до 10ти вечера. Завтрак неплох.

Очень высоко расположен унитаз) Перемудрили с выключателями света в номере. Нет рыбы на завтрак.

Cute small bar next to the pool at the roof where we enjoyed every drink. Hotel pool was really nice feature for our several day relax trip to Budapest. Close proximity to the Opera House and overall good position in the city center.

I would prefer smaller pillows on the bed, but it was manageable. Parking was a little bit awkward near the hotel. You can park in expensive CARe Park Opera to move your baggage and then move the car to affordable parking elsewhere, like Liberty Square Parking.
