The location is really good and the hotel has a great view.

For most of our stay (until the last 1-2 days) it was only possible to turn on or off the AC via the Front Desk The breakfast was very basic, as the hotel appears to have no kitchen; you only had 1 type of salami, 1 type of meat, 1 of cheese, boiled eggs and that was about it as far as the main dish was concerned The outside/balcony lights are on most of the night and there's no way to turn them off from the room.

Very clean and modern hotel in a central location for exploring Castelsardo. Balcony in room was well worth the extra money. Staff friendly on check in.

€10 extra for a space in the car park, very tight with pillars. Air conditioning didn’t work the first night so the room was very hot, it took us raising it the next morning to get this resolved hotel wide. key cards also didn’t work on our arrival. Breakfast limited but in a nice room with a good view

Location was great with an awesome view and the room was comfortable (huge comfortable bed and pillows). Breakfast was also ok.

Cleaning was definitely not ok. Curtains were greyed out, hairs found on the floor, balcony floor was not clean, windows also not clean, even we found a bandage on the AC menu (seems COVID clean up not done). Very nice place but you feel like touch nothing.

Staff was great, warm and helpful, location is awesome if you want to feel and taste Castelsardo's local vibe.

Breakfast and overall management attitude.

The swimming pool and the spa are not in the hotel. The swimming pool is not mentioned anywhere as being outside the hotel and the same fact regarding the spa is poorly mentioned. Misleading. The staff doesn’t speak English. There was no staff in the swimming pool for any kind of service (towels, drinks, security, anything).

Kindness and availability of the staff.

Throughout a very nice hotel. They're still in the process of renovation parts of it. The rooms are very clean, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. It's right next to the city beach and lots of restaurants are close by. Breakfast was very nice as well.

View and location is perfect

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the ladies recommended a restaurant Trattoria da Totti, in the Medieval part of the town and it was fantastic. She kindly made a reservation for us. The position of the hotel was great for exploring the town. The inside was clean and chic. Parking under the hotel was a bonus especially in the very hot weather.

There were not many options in the breakfast. i.e hot food, selection of different cheese types can be added. The beach is crowdy and gets little noisy in the street during the night.
