Amazing property, beautiful bungalows with everything you need. Pool area was amazing too and everyone who worked there was so nice. I would definitely go back.

The rooms got really hot and we had to pay extra to have AC.

Perfect location, only a short walk to the beach. Excellent swimming pool, plenty room for swimming and messing around. Just a really nice vibe about the place. Perfect for families as it has everything you need. Very clean and gardens well maintained.

We were disappointed that the pool bar wasn't open a bit later but maybe it does when it's at full capacity.

Cockroaches on the terrace and everywhere in the apartment. 3cm long and a smaller version in the living room and the bathroom. They were litterally everywhere, in the drawer as well in the bedroom. Most of them on the terrace, I gueds after we complained twice they did something because afterwards we counted 11 big ones one night on the terrace and all barely moving. The place was otherwise great and they cleaned it regularly but they clearly have an infestation and they should do something about it before renting them out to other people. (They said they were fully Booked so we also were not allowed to check out 1 hour later with two 3 year olds to be able to let them sleep before the flight.)

Our stay was in standard bungalows and we were satisfied. Unlike standard bungalows, superior bungalows have air conditioning, but the price is higher. We did not find any other difference and this type of bungalow perfectly suited our needs. We were satisfied with the cleaning and cleanliness of the bungalow. The entire area of the hotel is located in a beautiful garden with a spacious swimming pool. The hotel staff is very helpful.

There are also tennis courts within the area, which in my opinion are quite neglected and little used. In my opinion, this space could be better used. The hotel is not only for adults, so sometimes you will meet noisy children, especially at the pool. But it is more of an exception.

Great location, just a short walk to the Yumbo centre. Very clean, tidy and spacious apartments, and a gorgeous pool that flows around the complex. Surprisingly quiet too.

Super fast check in, friendly welcome. Complex is lovely with great facilities and quiet despite its central location near to the Yumbo centre. Decent supermarket just one street away.

You will need to get the AC at an extra charge... essential! Service at the on site Bar was a bit patchy.

Breakfast was very good. Starting day with a mimoza, it is a perfect choice to have a wonderful day.

Bungalows we’re beautiful in a great location. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

There was a bad smell in one of the rooms but the staff kindly sorted this out and moved us to another with no problems.

Location,peace and quiet

The bungalow was clean and spacious. The pool and garden area were nice. Easy car parking. Restaurants, supermarket close by.

We arrived after 4pm but had to wait half an hour to get into the accommodation. The Saturday night was very noisy. Loud music from the surrounding area until after 3am. A few more options for breakfast would have been nice. Worst coffee ever.

Very little. The WiFi went down the day before we left and never came back up. The buffet breakfast wasn't great.

the very noisy road cleaning truck trundling along at 6:45 on the main road right next to our bungalow (only separated by a hedge). Woke us up every morning. Which was a little unfortunate since we had requested a quiet part of the compound.

We booked it for the tennis facilities, which were really good. The pool was also excellent. Loved the bungalow BUT the situation does vary - you can get road noise or no sunshine depending which one you get.

One - just one- member of the reception team was less than helpful, the rest were nice. There was a gym which had decent enough equipment but no weights. Also seemed to be a lot of perosnal training going on and you were made to feel less than welcomed

Pool, apartment, garden, minigolf, breakfast, everything. Beautiful and very well kept grounds with many trees and tropical plants. Quiet location, shop and beach nearby. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff helpful. I would be happy to visit again.

Cleaners seemed very busy which slightly affected the cleaning of the apartment.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff fantastic bungalows with fantastic facilities just like a home from home. Everything you need provided, cleaning service was fantastic and regular. very comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

The noisy parrots lol nothing you can do about them though they come with the island.
