Located in a large property in the new city within a 15 min drive to all the major sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a small sit out on the balcony attached. The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.

The elevators were a short walk away from the main reception area. The hotel could have helped to provide a room with a better view.

10 day stay: to begin with the hotel IS NOT a luxury hotel but just a mirage. My access card which is desactivated every 2 days and therefore i had to go to the reception 5 times to reactivate my card; is this normal?? The bed sheets found stained-the bathroom walls have never been cleaned since the end of the work because there are still traces of the joints on them- the solid soap without a soap wish. For your information, solid soap has been eliminated in real luxury etablissement for a long time and only liquid soap is required. The breakfast buffet was poorly thought out because we each time have to make several trips between buffet 1 and buffet 2 to find what we want while everything must be concentrated in one place for more practical reasons. The so-called carafe of fruit juice must be changed because we wait several minutes to fill a simple glass of fruit juice-put real carafe of fruit juice for God sake !! Comes the staff who are sure-numbered and the so-called cook who don’t know how to cook a simple omelette because each time it’s overcooked… The room service that comes knocking on your door at 09:00 am- please give us some time in the morning !! I ordered a soup from the room service and it was tasteless even though we are supposed to be in Morocco…. What can I say about my stay other than the fact that i would no longer return to your establishment and would go to a true luxury establishment worthy of the name.

Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Personnel de l’hôtel aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel

C’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai fait, c’est ma deuxième fois là-bas, tout le monde est au petit soin, j’ai eu une suite alors que j’avais réserver une simple chambre. J’ai eu un vol très tôt le matin, ma suite était déjà prête sachant que le tcheck on est à 14hoo, donc super nouvelle !!! Pouvoir Se reposer immédiatement ça n’a pas de prix. L’attention et la gentillesse du personnel est juste parfaite et donne envie de revenir très vite. Merci pour les fruits et les pâtisseries dans ma chambre. Une belle surprise ! Ils sont souriant disponible et très arrangeant, vous ne manquez de rien une fois de plus. Buffet à volonté au top, du choix dans les restaurants et au passage très bon👌🏼 le room service et la piscine aussi. Et l’odeur agréable dans les couloirs de l’hôtel…le musc ☺️ Dernière remarque importe pour les touristes, ici les gens ne se forcent pas à sourire ils sont naturels avec vous et c’est important de sentir que les choses sont faites avec le cœur 💓 Pour finir c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix, on a là un palace, on est traité comme des princes et le prix est vraiment raisonnable. Ça mérite bien plus que 10, mention spéciale à la personne qui m’a fait le tcheck in et le tcheck out et a l’agent de réservation mais aussi à la personne qui s’est occupé de mes bagages. Un grand merci 🙏
