We had booked a twin and were not expecting two beds next to each other with only one large duvet cover. We also discovered later on that we were in a room adapted for wheelchair users, which we had not requested. We therefore found, the facilities in the bathroom difficult to use. As we only booked for one night and were already settled in the room we did not bother to complain at the time.

Have stayed before so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed, friendly efficient staff, modern clean room and ideally located with car parking to visit Cambridge.

Car parking charge is high and the layout of the bill was poor, the accommodation charge not shown and £39.90 charged for breakfast, an odd sum.

A perfect one night stay, everything about our stay was perfect, location is perfect for wandering round the city during the day, and bars and restaurants at night. Fantastic hotel, we will return.

Great location and a very well presented hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient, comfortable bed and nice shower.

Had to pay £26 per night for parking, which isn’t made clear at time of booking. Multi - story car park option is close by though. We felt our Classic double room was a touch on the small side for the price paid.

Very expensive for a normal hotel- comparing other hotels recently stayed in. For the expensive price does not give anything extra. Small bathroom. Buffet breakfast where you have to get your own coffee and toast etc. Not a very relaxing bar area. Quite uncomfortable and waiter was very flustered. Had to pay extra service charge for each round for fluster.

The room was quite small and there were few draws to keeps clothing in. we had to use our suitcases instead.

Breakfast was cold. The plates the food arrived on was cold, therefore the food was semi-warm when arrived but went cold very quickly

Room was lovely and comfortable, bathroom was small but adequate.Bed was comfy and the service was exceptional. Enjoyed the breakfast, a good selection at the buffet. However the full English was quite small.

, We were not made aware that the Hotel cars were available to be hired, which would of enhanced our stay.There was no information at the front desk ,and it was only later that we enquired about them that we were made aware that they were available for the residents.

Excellent location, stylish hotel, lovely bar and had a massage at the spa. Our room was upgraded for our one night stay and all in all was a lovely experience. Parking and EV charging onsite (for a fee).

Had to move to another parking site as we were leaving Cambridge at 3pm and had to leave Gonville car parking latest 1pm. Caused quite a disruption to our short stay, all for an extra two hours parking after having paid for both EV charging and GBP 26 for overnight parking onsite.

the whole building was very nice, excellent interior design and colours. fairly good parking area. nice view overlooking green. short walk to main shopping area. excellent breakfast. very comfortable beds and pillows, air con.

the only thing was the storage of clothing if we were to stay over fir longer period of time would probably need a larger space., the bathroom very well designed, was also rather compact.

Everything, from check-in to the quality of the room and the attitude of the staff was exceptional. We had two rooms, and both were equally comfortable, with attention paid to little things like the plugs in the right places. Both rooms had outside space, which would have been wonderful had we not been in late February! Very dog-firendly!

Food-wise, the breakfast was great with a lovely buffet and freshly cooked hot food. The only disappointment - and it was a mild one - was the evening menu in the bar. I suspect the kitchen tried to cater for all kinds of diets, and in doing so, we found ourselves a little restricted for choice.

Electric car charging should be better organised. Impossible to arrive relatively late and use chargers as spaces taken up by non-electrici vehicles
