it’s location is perfect. it’s right next to the via, across a bridge. It has private parking which is a bonus. My room was big and comfortable.

The idea of room service, I thought, is to deliver food to your room. Grand Hotel Terme charges €6 to deliver the food. I found this quite unbelievable, especially as no one told me when I phoned through the order.

The attention to detail in the restaurant to my request for gluten free meals due to condition the waitress we meet on first arrival her expertise was very reassuring so professional and the rest of the staff were excellent

I was a little disappointed with the room view I upgraded for a lake view but the room I received looked out onto the road and trees cudnt see lake then I was offered another room with slight view of lake not a suite I would not let it stop me from returning I will definitely return here very happy with staff

The staff were exceptional, the hotel itself is much better in person than it looks in the photos. Its a lot smarter, more sophisticated decor and higher quality in real life. The rooms are large, the hotel wasn't too busy when we visited in early September

The breakfast was a wide selection but the eggs and bacon wasn't good on any of the days we stayed, saying that, everything else was amazing and its the only small thing I could say they could improve on

A wonderful calm oasis to escape the busy resort. We stayed to attend my sons wedding and the hotel put on a wonderful pre wedding dinner for my son. The food and views of the lake were fantastic. Our room had a lake view and a small balcony. Very adequate for our needs. I asked to be put near a lift and the lift was right next door to our room. The staff were all charming and super helpful

The music at breakfast was not suitable with an early morning gentle vibe. It was loud and thumping not to our taste. Something more gentle would have been better.

This hotel is terrible. I don’t understand why it is a five star hotel, with luck it should be a 4 stars hotel. totally overpriced. for instance there is no concierge, the breakfast is terrible, it is not a 5 star hotel breakfast. the entire hotel and rooms are outdated, the rugs in the corridor are dirty and there is also a terrible smell of the thermal pool. there are no supplements in the room, no water, no tea/coffee. nobody seems to care in this hotel. i really felt ripped off. this hotel is by far not up to standard of a 5 star hotel. avoid staying here, you would do better anywhere else in sirmione, there are nicer options.
