Apartment with a pool view was great,,plenty of utensils and crockery for a self catering stay.a toaster,coffee maker,fridge,microwave and we asked for a kettle,which was supplied with no charge…the living room has a sofa bed which serves has a settee,a 50 ins tele on the wall,with English channels,table with 4 chairs..the bedroom had a king size bed,iron,ironboard ,and safe in the wardrobe which also had draws inset,it also had a smaller wall mounted tele…the balcony overlooked the pool and we were on the ground floor..the Flipflop is situated on the quieter side of the Santa ponsa bay,but it’s only about 20 min walk to the other side..there are plenty of restaurants and cheapish bars within 5 min walk,and most of the restaurants do takeaways..the Flipflop group have recently taken over this complex,and seem to improving it every day,such as supplying breakfasts and snacks,and they have opened a bar,,,the staff from the manager to the cleaners etc.are all very pleasant and courteous,with nothing too much for them,,we had a great 11 night stay,and would recommend the Flipflop surfing playa.

Gute, zentrale Lage, jedoch mit genug Abstand von Touri- Meilen. Zimmeraufteilung war gut, alles da, was es braucht. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Man bekommt ein gutes basic apartment in guter Lage. Wir haben (Nebensaison) immer einen nah gelegenen Parkplatz bekommen und tolle Ausflüge von hier aus gemacht. Fernseher in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, recht modernes Bad, bequemes Bett, kleine funktionale Küche. Es gibt ein Startpaket für die Küche (schwamm, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch, Mülltüte), das wir auf Nachfrage auch nach bekommen haben (8 Nächte), das ist aber scheinbar nicht Standard.

Wir haben den Basic-Tarif ohne besonderem Blick gewählt, unser Zimmer hatte fast keine Sonne, aber eine kleine verhältnismäßig private Terrasse und lag ruhig. Einige Zimmer liegen auch seitlich zur Straße, es ist sehr hellhörig, die Türen fallen sehr laut zu. Das fanden wir etwas anstrengend. Das Schlafzimmer lag bei uns aber abgelegen von der Eingangstür, da war es dann in Ordnung. Die Küchengeräte könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Sie waren ziemlich alt und die Kaffeemaschine schon sehr verkommen. Es gibt keine Basic Ausrüstung für die Kaffeemaschine, das muss man einfach wissen.

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal und top Apartment

It was close to the beach and retaurants. There was sponge and kitchen detergent. The staff was kind and nice and gave information that needed. I recommend it. There is paid parking lot right in front of hotel. There are also steeet parking which is free. But you need a luck to find spot. Luckily I found the spot for both days. There are also free parking lot but takes 5mins or more to walk.

It would be better if the floor could be cleaner. You need to bring seasonings. I stayed in late May. The heating and air-conditioning is in neutral. So it has only fan motion. In the middle of night, it was cold.

All of the staff were very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend these apartments.

A beautiful apartment and location,very well managed and staff were lovely and very helpful,very peaceful and yet all amenities very close,couldn't find anything negative about here really enjoyed this complex.
