The size of the rooms is small - there is no ironing and laundry service - swimming towels must be rented on a daily basis - the air conditioning did not work until after requesting maintenance

Location is great,top.clean and modern styles room..My booking was economy type,stayed in superior room without any of charge.İt was Quite maybe because of the season.I love Cleopatra beach....Thank you all staff.

The hotel is completely New, clean and very cool 😎. Amazing location.There is good musun by the beach side.but there was not any loud music.There wasnt any parties in neigbours hotels.but there was ı would love too.Wifi was Ok.Staff is very friendly

the blanket duvet and pillow are very dirty they didn’t clean it you can see the dust so disgusting , Also it says it’s adult only but in the beach it’s says it’s a private beach which in reality it’s not I got an issue with the waiter on the beach because a strange women came and seat next to me in the sunchair without asking me so they don’t check if customers got bracelet for the hotel they let everyone came and seat basically it’s not safe at all as it was a customer they stole his phone on the beach and the reception doesn’t do nothing . also people from other places they came and put their towel in front so it’s not private beach it’s not safe I even notice it was 2 people from the hotel next to us came every morning and in the sunset down my balcony and seat there so there is no privacy waist of money it’s not worthy. also Aicha the receptionist she has very rude and useless and selim the waiter for the beach they don’t have any respect for customer zero customer service they need to be trained to work in hotel or tourism . breakfast is disgusting awful very dirty the orange juice not fresh and they added more water to it.

Awesome location, right at the beach nice rooms. the only thing is that we booked a room with a sea view, but they didn’t have it on our arrival. Other than that the stay was nice

THE NOISE. Besides the hotel there's a beach club which keeps on playing music in a VERY LOUD NOISE starting from 12:00 PM and until 2:00 AM, we couldn't work or sleep during our stay.

The photos are deceiving. Overrated won't come back here again. The bathroom is smaller than a box room. When you move your always banging into something. The showers overflow which means we had water filtering into the room. The woman at the reception was lovely and that was the best thing about the hotel

During our stay they didn't change the towels at all. Feels like didn't clean the room actually. In comparison with other hotels feels uncomfortable. We asked for the lunch box because of early leave, at evening they said OK but at morning didn't prepare anything. Not even a fruit.

The location was great.

Room was next to the beach club and it was too loud. We asked for the more quiet room on the first night and the guy said that they will give us the new room in the morning. They never gave us the new room in the morning, because every room is the same as they said. Breakfast was good but never fully ready from 7:30 am when the breakfast starts.

We booked the sea view room on the left side, looking to the beach in the second level. Normally our room was up for a maintenance, but the manager shifted this maintenance so that we were able to use this room. The overall condition of the hotel is modern, since it has been renovated not long ago. The bar in the beachfront is clean, well organised and serve delicious food and cocktails. The breakfast is also served at the beachfront bar/restaruant. The pool in the court of the hotel was clean all the time and the water has been quite cool even with 34°C outside temperature. The manager Banu has been nice and friendly to us, we had a personal chat with her, greetings to you from Kim and Nicolai :-)

The floor over the beachfront bar is not really in use, maybe the hotel can arrange a lounge here or something else, since the view here is really nice. The cleaning cars have been on the floors all day long, maybe the cleaning staff can park them in a separate area after cleaning. The airconditioning should be cleaned once in a while, the filter has been a bit dusty and it was quiete old. Some of the receptionists can be a bit more service orientated, since we need to say something until they reacted to us.

I really liked this place.. the vibe , the stuff, everything was great. They cleaned the room every day and the stuff was so nice and kind. And I think is a great location for visiting many attraction points, trying activities or just having a relaxing day , with good foods, good drinks...😊

We liked the location...Its on the beach ,free sunbeds and close to the center....

We didnt liked the staff there...Almost no one is speaking english...Its very hard to order cleaning of the room or something since they act like they understand you but they dont understand english....I ended up with google translate when I want something....It takes so long to get the room service...Looks like the workers are not motivated to work...Only one person was super nice and friendly with very good english and that was Selim- the waiter on the beach....Thanks to him

The location is the really amazing.

Location excellent friendly and clean.Before arriving at the hotel I was not sure if it was a good choosing but I am sure for the next time.If you have any problem They solve it quickly.
