We stay in this hotel for 3 night over the New Year. Staff always friendly and available to help or for any information! The Casino is also 5 min walk and centre of S.Vincent as well. We did have a room with 2 balcony face different view. 😍Recommended and hopefully we will go again! 🤗

They don't have a restaurant available at that time in the hotel but a lot of choice around the area!

The room was nice and tidy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The spa was very well kept and equipped (paid). Breakfast was great. We had a nice balcony in our room with incredible view.

The air conditioning didn't work.

Misleading that their sauna is acclaimed but when you want to use it you find out that you have to prebook and that it‘s fully booked for the respective day. The sauna was the sole reason we decided for the hotel and we couldn’t use it. Breakfast was decent, but some food wasn’t as fresh as it should be. The staff at breakfast was very nice though!

Lovely from the outside, nice views from balcony. Very big, spacious rooms with lovely modern bathrooms.

Room is very outdated - rips in curtains, cigarette burns in carpet and seems quite old. The breakfast is quite basic. Spa access is €80 for 2 hours which seems very expensive - there is not even a pool or any treatments. Parking is not great - only 3/4 spaces outside hotel so you have to park in public carpark across the road. Nice hotel, but not necessarily worth the price.

The staff was kind and helping. We could check in way earlier than the hours mentioned, as the room was ready. Variation of the the breakfast was very good. We had a very nice view of the mountains in the terras

The size of single beds was small. But they were comfortable. Unfortunately the noise of the road outside was high so we could not enjoy much of the terras.

very helpful staff-while originally assigned 2 rooms on separate floors, on the spot, we were offered two interconnecting rooms- very convenient as a family. the location is just about good, and you may park in a free public car park right across the road from the hotel. breakfast is awesome at this place with a wide spread available- my daughter expecially loved the pistachio cream filling for the croissants. would highly recommend a stay here!

it should have been clarified upfront that the sauna/jacuzzi facilities in the hotel are not a part of standard booking but one has to pay additionally
