Food item is tasty and arrangement is good

Complimentary breakfast was good. It was a comfortable accommodation.

Dinner which comes with package is not that good. Stale chicken is used at times. Need to improve on cleanliness and maintenance as well. Many corks in bottles are untidy

except location there is nothing good about it

there is no privacy, the housekeeping enters the room without knocking leading to breach of privacy, there were cockroach in the room, pungant smeels, the staff was misbehaving, i was about to lodge criminal complaint, the hotel wont let out check out and it was most horrible experience, we felt unsafe

It is unethical to present outdated photos of rooms as current and accurate representation. I suggest reaching out to whoever is responsible for the photos and asking for updated, accurate images to be used in order to avoid misleading potential guests or customers.

Shabby and unclean stinking rooms. The foul smell was really bothering to sleep. Cocroachs were freely moving n mosquitoes were present. I have never seen a 4 star hotel in my life. Even the breakfast was stale. Please warn guests who approaches you for booking.

We checked in around 2 am in the night. AC was just a display no cooling at all its hopeless.No package drinking water was there only a glass bottle of water was there.As per your app in std.room minibar should be there. But they give the room without minibar. On complain they promise to upgrade in the morning. Our night was horrible night of my life. No proper lighting in room. My Room no. was 408. Ask for a package drinking water they charge ₹80 for 1 ltr. Bottle. We stayed in Green Park for balance 2 nights.Everything was super. They serve unlimited package drinking water ,'Kinley'.

Distance from the airshow was perfect and did not even need a taxi.
