Nice location but pretty much that's it. Not worth the trouble.

The host requested a guarantee deposit which was not returned in time then I got totally ignored by the host . I had to call booking customer support to get back my money after 1 month. Very difficult and complicated instructions to be followed to enter in the apartment . It was mentioned as non smoking but there was ashes all over the place. Same hallway with another apartment where there was held a party. At some point they tried to enter our apartment in the middle of the night. Not sufficient bath products, no toilet paper, no soap.

In good area Secured building Property itself wasn't that bad

The instructions to find the place were inadequate. Staff assume you know the area, so they just sent instructions good enough for a person living in Poland, not a tourist. Communications were poor, takes them time to respond to msgs. No WiFi! Which is one of the reasons I choose them over the others

Flat was dirty [I found a sock behind the curtins) it was not family friendly, so i.e. my child was not able to reach tap in the bathroom.
