部屋の広さやジェットバスの設備はとても良かった。

ルームサービスが無い点はNG。夜間にチャックインしたが、頼もうと思ったルームサービスが無かった。 また、一部設備の老朽化が放置されている。

The place was clean and the toilet has heated seat. Has coin laundry in the building has well.

Not very near to either the main train station or main attraction.

チェックイン前に荷物預けに寄りましたがスタッフの方の対応が丁寧で気持ちが良かったです。 部屋はよくあるシングルルームの作りでしたが部屋の大きさに驚きました。ベッドめ大きく快適でした。 備え付けの冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターが２本あり心遣いが嬉しかったです。 地図上だと駅から離れていますが善光寺の七福神御朱印巡りの道中だったため問題ありませんでした。 モーニングには、おやき、五平餅等の長野地元の味があり大満足でした。

シャワーの温度調整が熱湯と水の量を自分で調節するタイプでした、◯℃みたいに設定出来るタイプの方が良かったです。

ユニットバスの排水で問題があった。しかしホテル側がすぐに対応していただき、助かりました。あえて言うならばです。

Exceptional hospitality shown by front of house staff. Had someone carry my luggage to the lift for me, didn’t get that at a 5 star hotel a few days prior!

朝食が長野県ならではの食材やメニューが多く 今までの宿泊の中でNo.２の朝食だった。 売店やコンビニはなかったが ホテル内のお土産コーナーも ひな揃えが良く 黒姫和漢薬研究所のお茶や 八幡屋礒五郎の唐辛子などがあって質が良かった。 ロビーにはお雛様、それから歴史を感じる展示があったり ピアノもあってホテル内の散策も充実していた。

駐車場がわかりづらく 混んでいる際のスタッフの対応が残念だった。 ホテル滞在時ホテルスタッフが車の誘導や駐車場案内をしてくれるところが多かったので ショックが大きかった。

Service was excellent. Location was good, easy to walk to from the station and the temple.

The bathroom was slightly dated.

I can say that the price is quite affordable and the room is spacious. i’ve keep coming back to Japan in this 13 years and this is one of the best price I’ve paid.

Nice hotel with good views. Like always staff in Japan are excellent.

Nothing much. Maybe the pizza from restaurant was not that good, but Pizza in Japan? Maybe that's my fault.

It’s a little old and modest but that goes for most hotels in the area. Room was a little small and the layout wasn’t the best. Car park signs are not obvious, and the car park at the back of the hotel was a little tricky to get to and didn’t have ramps so you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

*The staff was nice and professional. They were good at reading what guests are needing. *The width of the room was good. *It was good cleaned each day. *It was nice to receive free bottled water each day. *The quality of green tea bags was good. *I felt the tradition of the hotel.

*It was not comfortable adjusting hot and cold water by myself. *The noise of the toilet was loud. *The shower curtain was a little smelly. *There was no supermarket nearby, but there were some convenience stores nearby to buy urgent foods.
