Very friendly staff, big rooms, huge portions for dinner, varied breakfast

The machine coffee at brekfast is not really the top of the range...

The family managing the hotel is very friendly.

Very nice interior. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms.

There could have been a small fridge in the room. And also a kettle.

Excellent breakfast and also had dinner in the Italian restaurant which was very good with delicious pizza's

The parking lot was a little bit icy

the room was fantastic! the bath was a bonus after the hard hiking. the bed was also very good. and also sitting area was comfortable.

We came to the hotel after a long day, but for our surprise the hotel was closed. There was only a note on the door, luckily a local guy called the number and the reception lady came to welcome us and do the check in. Not inly the hotel was closed, also the restaurant was closed that day. As a guest we would like the hotel let us know that everything should be closed that day. The reception lady didn’t knew english at all, which made the communication very difficult.

Convinient location - very close to A12/S16 Autobahn with an excellent access to Ötztal and other beautiful vallies in the Western Tirol. Friendly and helpful family owners. Tasty large pizzas served in a restaraunt at the ground floor.

The hotel is placed close to the road, so its a bit noisy from the cars passimg by (and there were plenty of them from early morning to late evening when we stayed in August). There is no elevator though climbing up the stairs in a 3-story building is not a big deal for people without health problems. Otherwise its a very good Gasthof for an affordable price.
