Location was great, strong AC, nice little pool on top, super comfortable bed.
WiFi didn't reach my room. They shared the password of the events network which helped a little.

The location and the pool
The price did not reflect the standard of the hotel and we had breakfast at 9am not late for Spain and they ran out of orange juice eggs and bacon and I had to ask for hot water for tea as none was provided!

Location is excellent. Have parking next to it
In The first room we were assigned the wifi signal was minimal. Then Wifi was down for he whole hotel during our two day stay and the hotel staff could not fixed it. Rooms have a poor space design and utilization.

Great location near most attractions. Pedro, who was working the front desk, was very kind and informative. He gave a great recommendation for dinner on a Monday night when many restaurants were closed.

amazing location in the center of Jerez, clean, friendly staff, parking at the door step of the hotel . rooms are always nice and clean
some rooms need a bit of a touch up when it comes to details etc ( a small leak in the ceiling etc) but nothing major that would impede a stay

Located in the very center it was easy to get around. The hotel staff was very helpful with directions and things to do. The room was fresh and clean, it was very peaceful to sleep. Breakfast was good, we didn't miss anything.
The only window was to the inner yard with no view and hardly any fresh air.

Modern, fresh. The rooms felt luxurious with the bathtub and separate shower. High quality furnitures. Very price worth and central next to the city, just 20 metres. 15-20 minutes walk to the train. Very service minded staff.
The shower towels didn’t get changed to new ones, only one time for a week. The breakfast was not in good condition.

location within the city, and an underground car park right out front.
I was in on warm humid days but the hotel didn’t have any air conditioning. I was told that depending upon the season as a whole, the building was either heated or cooled, and that I should open the windows. I did, and ended up sharing my room with several mosquitoes.
The free internet was only functional when I was in a chair I moved adjacent to the door to the hallway. none from my bed.

The location was excellent. The hotel was clean with the room very neat and spacious. Though the hotel did not have available parking, there was a parking garage less than five minute walk.
All our site-seeing locations were within walking distance.
I don't think there was anything bad about the hotel or location.

The staff were very helpful and charming. Excellent location. Good breakfast. clean and comfortable rooms. very quiet too, even though it was central. The rooftop solArium was great.
