Superb location - close to the heart of everything but quiet enough. Beautiful view, amazing breakfast, comfy clean room. Just a short step to Skaros Rock, 30min walk to Fira, lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Bathroom gets wet when you shower. Be careful of bumping your head when heading up to the loft. Mattress was too soft.

The Heliades apartments were a little slice of paradise. The best thing about it is the view. Santorini is full of amazing views, but none were better than what we enjoyed from right in front of our room, and we watched the sunset there almost every evening of our stay. Olympia and Evangelia were wonderful and solicitous hosts. Breakfast was delicious every morning.

We have no complaints about Heliades apartments. Transportation around the island is not as convenient by bus as we had hoped, so when we return, we'll be renting a car.

Incredible view on the Caldera, great breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts, well equipped room and location close to many amazing restaurants.

The views were exactly as promised and more!!! Definitely worth paying extra to see those views every morning and evening. Breakfast was excellent and host was very accomodating. You can easily walk to Fira. It's maybe a 15-20 min walk but it's so beautiful along the way that it's really a pleasure to do every day. Bus stop to Oia and Fira is very close by, supermarket is 2 min away and lots of places to eat or drink close by. Away from the noise of the city, this place was amazing.

The location is breath taking! Having the breakfast on the balcony was every morning like a dream. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Olympia, the owner helped to fulfill all our wishes. The location is a bit quite. However, that's exactly what we wanted. Compared to Oia no tourists were walking on our balcony. Definitely 5 stars and we will stay in the hotel again, if we come back to Santorini.

The view is amazing and having the breakfast brought to the balcony of your room was a nice touch.

The breakfast could be improved a bit with other options. It is sufficient, but there could be other egg options

Absolutely stunning location, Views of the caldera unobstructed and in a perfect spot. hosts were amazing and very attentive to any of our needs and very helpful with local advice and knowledge. Apartment was absolutely immaculate the entire time and the hosts spend approx 2 hrs of every day deep cleaning to prevent coronavirus. All guidance strictly followed at the hotel. Would definitely Recommend this as a place to stay

I love the location that you don’t have to walk downstairs. The host is very nice. She came to pick up us at night (flight arrived at 9pm). And she helped us to contact the pharmacy when they closed. Btw, the restaurant which she recommended named Nicholas at Fira is very very nice, the best taste restaurant in Santorini.
