進去才知道一張大床是由兩單人床墊併起來的 床墊很容易移動 我們有帶一個2歲小小孩睡在我們中間 很怕會掉下去~這個狀況沒事先跟我們說~稍稍困擾

服務人員的態度很好，無論是櫃台或是房務人員。
地點也還不錯，鄰近捷運站外，周遭有3處Ubike站也有。
早餐非常豐富，除了基本的沙拉、水果以外，熱食整體以中式為主。
房間的整體設施和衛浴都已老舊了實在是沒辦法對得上六千元的價格。
樓層飲水機的安排和取水方式不是很友善。

Not much things for pointing out.
Too rigid in handling the check in time after 3:00pm. Unfriendly manner concerning this matter for discretionary permission for granting earlier check in time. 3:00pm for check in normally is not very much excercised so seriously.

Good location, walkable to Liuhe Night Market. Nearest train station (walkable) is just less than 10 minutes walk away. Staffs were very helpful and good attitude.
Hotel didn't provide iron, but attend to us once we requested for one.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was quite good within walking distance from the MRT station. Our room was very quiet.
The taps in the bathroom had erratic water flow. Water leaked out from the shower area to the rest of the bathroom when taking a shower. The pillows were not comfortable for us.

We feel cared for. There's fresh towels n clean slippers every day
Room 433 has unexpected additional 'guest'. Nothing major, just shifting around my aunt and mums slippers every night

Best gym ever in a hotel: there's all the equipment for a proper training session. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good enough. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is near enough to the center.
Overall it's a very good hotel. Regarding the gym: it's good for swimming, less so for relaxing.
