There are so many things but best of all is the family that runs it. We also loved the pool, the breakfast, service and rooms. The Disco lights in the shower are cool! 😀

Wi-Fi is a bit inconsistent but it allows us to enjoy the moment.

Cozy apartments and wonderful and especially helpful hosts. Perfect location and delicious breakfast. Room was handled every day. The apartment has everything you need: dishes, dryer.

We loved the family run hotel they couldn't do enough for you , Dmitry and his sister Martina bend over backwards for you they are really lovely people,the pool and sea views are something a bit special ,the rooms are traditional and are extremely comfortable we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Argo milos .

The grounds and amenities are absolutely stunning. We loved the delicious breakfast prepared by our hosts who could not have been more kind and welcoming. It was very centrally located and we would love to come back someday.

the bed was very uncomfortable and a lot of light came through even when we closed the shutters. the shower wasn’t on the wall so you had to hold it above your head. not sure about buses but have to drive everywhere.

Place to go for a quiet stay in a beautiful small family hotel nearby the best spots of the island. Service is excellent. Would go back or recommend.

So quiet and peaceful. a beautiful spot on a beautiful island. perhaps a bit isolated, so you definitely need a car or bike, but you should get that anyway to discover all the great places and beaches. the family provided a lovely and friendly welcome,and our 5 year old felt so at home!

The pool was great! we also enjoyed the layout of the room and the terrace outside, we watched the sunset and could keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool. Location is close to the port but it’s not in town. You definitely need a car to explore Milos - that would be for anywhere you stay on the island. The resort is small, only 8 or so apartments and this was lovely, pool wasn’t crowded. The family who own Argo Milos were very helpful, Dimitri helped us organise an island boat tour and car hire and the company even dropped the car to the apartment. Marina was helpful and always got us ice when we needed it for drinks!

Everything was great. The location if anything but we quite liked that it was out of town, if you have a car or scooter it’s fine. Note: for anyone thinking of hiring a scooter, we’re from Australia and unless you’re from EU you need a class A motorcycle licence to hire. we found the car great though. couple of minor maintenance things in the apartment, the fridge wasn’t cold straightaway and the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but we do prefer soft. this didn’t distract from our stay though and we would definitely recommend this place.

We asked about shuttle to the port (they’re located 9 min away by car) and they said are not offering that due to price of gas. We totally understood that and offered 20 euros and they still said no because it was “too early”. They truly didn’t care. We needed to be at the port at 0730 hrs. So we had to arrange taxi ourselves. Our friends were in room 2 and had zero water pressure, they had to shower in our rooms. Room 1 was ok, don’t get room 2! No breakfast included, price was 12 euros per person if we wanted breakfast. luckily room had a kitchenette so bought breakfast stuff for the room, much cheaper. Must rent a car, you’re near nothing by foot. we asked about buses but never got any information.

We were picked up from the ferry which was really useful and the owners were lovely and super helpful! Room was really large and had a lovely view of the ocean :)

The property is a bit awkwardly located- would advise renting a car or scooter to get around!

Perfect location to visit the island, calm yet close to everything. Very nice outdoor facilities with pool and sunbeds, perfect to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The kindness and availability of the Argo family, ready to help with anything. Last but not least, the secluded "private" beach you can reach in 5 minutes by foot (that we renamed little sarakiniko)

The room itself would benefit of some renovations. Poor sound insulation.

As a solo traveller I was dependent on buses and taxis as it’s slightly out of the main tourist areas but that didn’t affect my enjoyment band I did all the things I wanted to do

The staff is very friendly, good location to explore Milos (by car, quad or bike). Swinpool area is awesome. Definitely a good spot to stay!

The special, sweet and familiar treat I have received by Matina, Dimitry and her mother. They made me feel completely at home. The breakfast Matina cooks for breakfast is a big plus and the pancakes are delicious 😋
