We liked the central location (5mn walk from town center), the kindness of the hosts and all the valuable information we were given about the city and others places to visit in the area. Flat was very clean, comfortable with a small kitchen practical enough to cook some food. Bed comfortable too as we slept very well. Free parking not far away.

The place is just at the beginning of Segovia, so that you can reach all places by foot, yet, you can comfortably park your car in front of the hotel's door. Maria from the hotel is a very helpful person, and on the top of it she recommended the local history and gastronomy, and booked at a traditional restaurant, Bernardino, a place in a very busy day, where an enjoyable gastronomic experience made me happy. The hotel is near groceries, shops and services as well.

It was very close to the old town, it was spacious with cooking facilities. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and he gave us a lot of tips about what to do on foot.

The wifi wasn’t very strong but it seems to be a problem in Spain in general.

apartment in a great location near trails and key sites in the town. they had everything we needed. it is like a hotel, but we booked a studio apartment to be able to cook in and keep our food items cold. we were able to park, for a fee in a public lot right next to the hotel. super easy, but not sure if high season would make it difficult to find a space.

Andreas was very kind and understanding even though we were delayed in our arrival. The place was beautiful and comfortable. the view from the terrace was beautiful.

Good location with a lovely room with all the things you'd need for a short stay. The staff need a mention, they are outstanding, and I have never been given such a comprehensive and detailed explanation of what to do in a city. Above and beyond and absolutely lovely.

Everything, we cooked at the apartment and everything we needed was available. María gave us a lot of great tips and the area is really nice too. We had a drink at Bar California very close by.

Location and Quality of service

we had a room with a small terrace, that has a view of the city and the top tier of the Roman aqueduct. It was really lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace and looking at the view in the evening. The apartment was very quiet, and there was no problem sleeping. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a great location to be able to walk to see the sights of the old city.

The hotel is perfectly located—easy to walk toward the aqueduct as well as toward the forest trails. Our room was clean and well appointed; excellent kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect location for all the attractions in Segovia. You can see the Aqueduct from the apartment and the palace can't be more that a 15 - 20 minute walk. The aqueduct is no more than 5 minutes away. We arrived by motorcycle and I was unsure about the Parking / directions (10Euro / night), but it was not an issue. The receptionist explained where the parking was and then walked up the road and guided me in. Gave me a key for the garage and then walked back to the apartment with me. He then explained how the air conditioning worked, went through what each key was for and then gave me a map and then proceeded to explain the best way to get to the attraction, the best bus to Madrid, areas outside Segovia worth visiting. Amazingly helpful (10 out of 10). We only booked for two nights, but could have stayed much longer. I very hope we visit Segovia next year and hope to stay in the same apartment. If you are looking for an apartment, this is the one. Just for reference, we walked around the outskirts of Segovia and it took us 2 hours, so as you can see the town in not massive. This included walking down the river with great views of the palace on the hill.

Location is perfect for short visit to Segovia. The owner gave us a map and recommendations what to see and where to eat. We followed owner's advice an were very happy with the outcomes. Thanks!

André was incredibly helpful at check-in, giving us a map and reviewed the highlights and best routes to take as well as places to grab dinner. Was very much appreciated as we only had limited time in Segovia. Was nice to have the kitchen amenities as well.
