load sharing issues

Lovely place and the breakfast was lovely.

The floors in the bathroom were dirty. We had informed on late check in, but when we called from the airport to inform of our arrival the person working there informed us that she needed to leave early. This didn't make us feel very wellcome. Staff were nice, but on the second day, they only served the warm breakfast for one of the people at the table, the other breakfast never showed up.

Everything was delightful. A warm and friendly welcome combined with comfortable and elegant facilities in our room and an excellent breakfast made our one night stay a great experience.

The external steps to our room were a little steep but it was worth the climb

Fabulous place, I couldn't fault anything, from the excellent and friendly welcome by the manager to the room, to the breakfast to the gardens and pool and the location is in the best part of Franschhoek. Highly recommended.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in our room so it was a hot night and the staff didn’t seem the least bit bothered when we raised it the next morning so it was a bit disappointing on what could have been a lovely stay.

Beautifully appointed on a quiet street just a short walk from the town centre, restaurants, art galleries etc. Large apartment with excellent facilities. Fabulous breakfast!

Wonderful guesthouse a couple of minutes off the main road in Franschhoek. We stayed for 2 nights with our 5 year old daughter. Room was light and roomy, nice bathroom/shower, filled fridge, coffee & tea facilities. Quiet room upstairs. Lovely garden, the pool water was very cold. Not for the faint hearted. Parking is small but available, free and secure. Great breakfast and very good cappuccino's! The rooms/house has a few bits and bops of wear and tear but it's just small things, nothing annoying, it makes it slightly rustic, what we didn't expect when looking at the pictures while booking. But again, nothing that will get in the way of having a wonderful stay.

This is a wonderful and very conveniently located B&B. The absolute highlight was the breakfast. The room was comfortable and the staff were competent and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The porch lights stay on at night, which the curtains are unable to block fully. There was also a loud fan noise at night.

Great stay with very nice and accommodating staff! Great location to the area with private parking and very quiet.
