Very difficult to get information from the counter no english speaking staff

Location is perfect, close to city center. The room is big and has a good view. Breakfast is ok with the price.

The lift is quite slow and getting busy to use during peak hours.

This was a nice hotel, business-like in style, comfortable and modern, with a lovely rooftop pool. Staff are helful but their English is experimental at times! It is a short taxi ride to the river and quayside area, but in walking distance you have the street food market and a number of restaurants. Breakfatst is a decent buffet. We enjoyed our stay here and found it very good value for money.

We were there during the Chinese New Year and hotel guests were excluded from the pool that evening for a private function. This wasn't explained or communicated at all. But otherwise all was good.

The bed 1.4 m is too small for 2 adult, the waitress was standing and chitchatting till I had to remind clearing plates ( table for 4 pax… not busy as Covid19 period... The set up water complimentary 3 bottles instead of 4 btls… when I asked HSKP staff fill one more bottle when I am check in and she around at Room foyer... she told me I should call Front Office to inform... and I asked her why me? not you ( HSKP ) bcs I booked family room for 4 pax … Pls look into that service … not bcs the lack of 1 bottle issue but the attitude of HSKP staff....

Bed lice in bed , and sheets all creased ( had they been changed ??) Bathroom cleanliness poor , hairs and dirt in corner. Breakfast shocking, only fruit Bananas and only bread if you didn't want noodles for breakfast . Food in roof top bar awful also
