Location - very quite area. Close to sea (10 minutes walk), restaurant area (7 minutes walk), bus station (3 minutes walk), supermarket (5 minutes). The pool was clean and big, there is enough space inside the villa (our family consisted of 7 persons for this vacation) The number of beds and child beds were supplied as well. Every request from the host was fulfilled.

There's a problem of getting a taxi in this area, waiting more than 20 minutes at least and in a peak times they just haven't arrived. Some basic facilities were missing at the arrival (towels, blankets, broken lamp) but it was all repaired after 1 day. Below the sink in the kitchen there's mold and this is the reason for cockroach. The WIFI on the second floor is not working, only at the first. The trash can is far away of the villa and you have to walk with the trash bag to the entrance of the complex.

Everything host cleanliness location and location to the beach

Location, very quiet (cul-de-sac), super comfy beds(in 2 bedrooms), spacious, no cockroaches, good water pressure upstairs bathroom for toilets, shower, wash, good toilet flush (all this important for Cyprus), street parking as at the end of the street, 2 safe boxes, a grill, nice interaction with villas2let through booking.com messaging and more over our stay was complete stress free as it is actually the whole Cyprus.

As overall the house was clean but baths especially toilets could be given more attention. The pool was apparently clean and maintenance was coming daily or every two days to put some chlorine in it but seems the pools filters although circulating the water was not filtering well hair, insects etc. The only issue in this house and probably any house not brand new would be ants if there is left food around in the kitchen. (Good thing no cockroaches). Now was not something to put us off and we had to use some insecticide bio and non bio to extirpate. Now it might seem a long list on the negatives but as overall was not that bad and we would return for sure.

The pool was dirty

The house was in the perfect location, clean and had all facilities we needed. We travelled with an infant and a cot was provided free of charge too

There is only one bathroom and one toilet so getting ready for dinner can take time. Also, after 2pm the pool is in the shade. The pool can be cold in October. Finally there needs to be a glass table top on the outside patio furniture. I assume this had broken and had not been replaced.
