Great stay, great owners, great breakfast, and great location! Highly recommend!

Savvas was great! Met us when we arrived, cooked us breakfast early so we could catch our ferry. The breakfast itself was all homemade and used natural ingredients from their own garden. Met my expectations and way more!

Savvas, and his delicious breakfasts, made our stay in Rhodes brilliant. Beautiful accommodation!

Beautiful building, lovely accommodation, the breakfast was especially amazing at the Evdokia Hotel- it included fresh bread, cheeses, meats, olives, filled omelettes, greek pancakes, yogurt. Savvas and his hospitality was 10/10 - would highly recommend the hotel.

Everything was great! Sometimes in the evening we couldn't get hot water for a shower and our shower leaked a little, but both was not a bother for us. The positives outweighed these small things and I am being picky!

We loved our stay at Evdokia.

We loved staying at Evdokia. Excellent location just steps away from the hustle and bustle, but down a very quiet laneway in the awesome old town of Rhodes. Many great restaurants all around. Laundry and supermarket 20m away. Cosy environment, much more than a hotel or B&B. We were made to feel like family, which was kinda special. Was also great to catch up with the other travellers at breakfast and get everyone’s stories or what they were up to today. The omelettes made by Savvas were amazing, as were all the other homemade goodies made available. Savvas was always quick to respond to my stupid questions via WhatsApp. He was also a wealth of knowledge about any recommendations or questions you might have. Would definitely recommend staying at Evdokia.

Again, any technical glitches are quickly resolved by Savvas via WhatsApp. 😊

Had a wonderful week here.

Right in the middle of Rhodes Old Town, so everywhere, including the New Town, is easily walkable. It is in a very quiet side street, so no noise at night. Fantastic breakfast. Atmosphere is informal and friendly. Savvas, the owner, and Zeynep, the housekeeper, could not have been more helpful. The large communal lounge was lovely for relaxing.

THe breakfast is outstanding. Freshly cooked omelettes, local bread, and home-made jams from local fruits. And cheese. And yoghurt. It's wonderful. The hotel is in a 700-year-old stone building in the heart of the old city.

Savvas made a different omelette everyday, which practically kept me fed until dinner. He also picked me up from the port and on my request took me olive harvesting. The property was adequately warm and extremely well located inside the castle.

The host, Savvas, is superb, generous with his time, help and advice and cooks a bewildering array of excellent omelettes. The food for breakfast is locally sourced, delicious and ample. The rooms are kept spotless by Jenny. This historic building is decorated sympathetically, in keeping with its heritage with modern touches where needed (bathroom in particular). The communal area is comfortably appointed and again tastefully done. The rooms are easily big enough for couples , with enough storage for a week or two . This is an excellent hotel and brilliantly situated to explore the Old Town. Great value for money . Best for singles or adult couples.

You’re in good hands at Evdokia Boutique Hotel.

We liked the location in the old city. I was really an excellent place to be if you’re interested in historical site-seeing. We appreciated how helpful and warm the staff was and their flexibility with us. This would be a good place to stay if you want to get to know fellow guests because of the shared breakfast experience.

I don’t have anything negative to say. I think it is good to know there’s a very enjoyable and relaxed breakfast, so guests should save ample time to enjoy it.

Savvas is the kindest host. Himself and the employees of the hotel made sure to prepare a home made breakfast, with authentic recipes and ingredients of Rhodes. He replied to all our questions before arrival, he suggested places to visit and he made us feel like home. The building is well maintained, very clean, in the heart of the Old Town, near the touristic attractions and yet quiet. I would definitely go back.

The breakfast was seriously the best we had while on Rhodes and Symi. Ask for one of his special omelettes! The room was simple, but fine. Good central location.

I would have preferred an option of plunger coffee.

Good location but poor facilities

The staff were very pleasant if not a little intimidating. You could not fault the location of the accomodation in the old town it is within 20 metres of the centre.

With regard to the facilities the shower head was not working properly, the safe was not available because it was locked, the tv did not work in the living room and the tv in bedroom kept losing the signal. Breakfast was good if you liked omelette but there was little choice. I had to ask for orange juice. Fruit was on a table in the breakfast room but it was not clear if this could be taken. Just think that owners should make it clear what breakfast options were available because there didn't seem to be a choice.

Old-fashioned hospitality

We only had one night to spend in Rhodes before heading off to Symi. The Evdokia - right in the heart of the old town - was great value for money and a five minute walk to the port. The owners are also kind people!

Great bijou hotel in old city

Staff were friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Savvas the owner bought a typical Greek pastry and candles to celebrate my birthday. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean if a bit small and you had to be careful in the bathroom if you were tall. Air conditioning was great so slept well. For one night it was great and location was central in the old city. Communal area relaxed and you could make yourself tea and coffee anytime.

It would have been useful to have communal toilet to be able to use when arriving/leaving if leaving or collecting luggage.

Absolute gem of a boutique BnB, fantastic location with an amazing host. I will return.

Breakfast was amazing, the best I have had during. My travels so far.. The staff was so helpful. The host was the best part of my stay. Common area was beautiful and location fantastic.

I was happy with everything. Highly recommend staying here. Located in the heart of old Town down a quiet alley easy walk from the port. I will Definately suggest to anyone I know to stay here and will return again if only to taste breakfast. Which was cooked fresh and full accompanied with artesinal breads and homemade preserves.

Superb accomodation with the frendliest host and staff.

Savvas, our host was the best ever! He made our breakfast from his own jam, made 2-3 omlette, pancake with cinnamon and honey, there was cold cuts, chese, olives and we got the perfect caffe latte :) We booked the house, not room. The wifi, air-conditioner and everything worked appropiate. Every 2. day the nicest lady came and cleaned our house, we got fragrant and fresh towels and bed clothes. The accomodation is in the old town, every attractions are within walking distance. Savvas and his staff were very frendly, we liked the entire week at their place. Thank you!!!

Nice short staying into the ancient heart of Rhodes

Hotel was very picturesque and traditionally Greek. Breakfast was excellent, very fresh and home-made food, abundant portions. Main hall is impressive, wide, high ceiling, nicely wood-made, very well furnished, creating a warm, relaxing and rustic environment. Staff was extremely nice, friendly, prompt and good English speaker, plus some Italian too.

An elevator was missing, which considering the vertical distribution of rooms and spaces and the steep and narrow staircases makes it hard if you are overloaded with luggage, as always happen when you travel with Girls!

homemade traditional breakfast from Mr. Savvas! Cooked everyday with love and local vegetables and products from their garden. Very hospitable and friendly. Definitely worth it. Hope we'll meet again soon! :) Thak you so much

our room unfortunately was a little small for two people, but truth be told, we reserved last minute in the middle of the high season so we were lucky enough to even find a room :)

A magical location

A magical building tucked away but still in the heart of Old Rhodes Town - we had amazing views from the private terrace. Savvas was a real host, and breakfast was superb - homemade food every morning!
