Perfect beach, great location. Beach 1 minute walk from the apartment. Very friendly staff. Great restaurant, out of all the restaurants visited in Zakynthos the food from Plaka beach's restaurant was the best.

The worst experience that we had until now with a hotel. Disappointing stuff and location. We had a 9 nights holiday at this hotel, with breakfast included. The breakfast seemed like a bad joke when they started to bring us limited food and with a verry poor quality, no variaty and with no possibility to ask something else. Every day they put on the table just jam, butter, 3-4 slices of cheese and salami even we were 6 persons. We had to buy extra food for our children. No possibility to take more, each time, you have to ask staff, the woman from the kitchen was verry recalcitrant, rude and iritated. She screaming to her guests with no respect. If you want something else to eat, the staff replied this is for extra and we had to pay. Breakfast can be taken only between 9 and 10 o'clock - see attached picture. 1,5 euros tips for each person, even for children when we had launch there - that was the biggest tips of all other locations that we ate in Zakyntos. Poor and questionable quality of the food. We had to pay for the sunbeds on the sand. The cleaning was partially done, only in the bathroom. No mosquito nets and the location is full of mosquito and ants. No toilet paper in the first 3 days. No good location, one single tavern, one single market. We was lucky with the neighboring tavern and the people from there, nice and kind persons. Seemed no improvement, even if stuff replied to other old comments they will try to do things better. They only take the money for something that not exists, like breakfast. We will complain this also to Booking platform, including the fact that they asked us to no communicate thru Booking after we booked the rooms. They asked us to pay 9 euros for a City tax, but in our reservation is mentioned all taxes are included (the guvernamental tax and city tax) - see attached picture. All that matters for these individuals is getting as much extra money as possible and not even through the right methods.

The manager is super rude, the restaurant on site very poor, not recommended. the beach is very nice though
