This is a scam!. We got a room change and with the same discusting bed sheets withs spots on the of dirt. Hairs where every where and there was blood on the wall. Everything was outdated, small rooms etc etc and we payed 2700 euro for 8 days. We checked out of the hotel after one night sleep because we already got 2 room changes. They didnt give 1 euro of our money back. DONT GO HERE!

The hotel was nice. Great location.

The staff was really rude. Every time we asked for something they said they can't do anything about it. We had to ask over and over again for simple things like opening the vault. The spa is very small. The food wasn't tasty for most of the meals we ate there. Overall, this hotel doesn't meet basic requirements for a good vacation.

The room advertised for 3 people was too small to comfortably fit 3 people in. would have been perfect for two.

we arrived as a couple and found two twin beds in the room. We asked to combine two beds into one large. We asked for this for two days. On the third day, we found that someone had moved our beds, but there were two separate mattresses and only one blanket. We tried to sleep on it, but the beds kept moving apart and we fell between the beds. We also could not sleep separately, since only one blanket remained. It was impossible to get through to the reception, as they do not work in the evening and at night and there is no person on duty. On the fourth day, after numerous requests from our side, someone spread one sheet over two mattresses, apparently this person believed that the sheet would help the beds not separate, but this did not work of course. So we were forced to sleep this way all week. We ourselves, our things, our pillows - everything fell into the gap between the beds.  And after such a sleepless night, we went to a terrible breakfast, where there was not even enough hot water to make tea. From hot food there were only tasteless unroasted sticky pancakes and a scorched omelet. Breakfast was buffet style, but no one cleaned the tables on time. The toasters did not work, and it was necessary to stand in line for warm pancakes for 10 minutes. In general, the staff was very rude and unprofessional, we did not feel that we were pleased at this hotel. The only time we felt the attention of the staff was when we accidentally passed the front desk in ski boots. The woman at the reception made a remark to us that we cannot ski in this part of the hotel and must go out and circle from the other side (while she spoke French to us, although she knew that we speak English). The rest of the time the staff did not respond to our requests and did not even try to be polite with us. The rooms are very dirty, old repairs and furniture, generally dirty everywhere, especially the carpet. I do not recommend it.

We were super happy! Food amazing, staff super friendly (Donatella particular). We will surely come back! Spa experience and massage highly recommended. Ski rental on site, ski in/out perfect. Only missing is a kettle in a room. Sincerely, Lidija
