Good location, spacious, pretty

A few ants in the living room, AC seems not to work

The property was perfect for a group of 3 couples with each our bedroom. It had a great rooftop area for morning coffee and evening drinks. The parking garage was definitely a plus where we didn’t have to worry about finding a parking space. it was walking distance to everything in town. Perfect home base to explore Cinque Terre!

Poor directions by hostess as to how to connect to wifi. Apparently there was a box in the drawer of a desk the you had to plug in an outlet to connect. Also, they don’t turn on the air condition until June! It was scorching in there!!

Central location of the property, close to the beach, cleanliness of the room and sheets

The room was very small for 2 persons and luggage, no kitchenette to have hot drinks especially hot milk for 2 year-old toddler ( we had to ask for a kettle put on the floor when put on), noisy neighbors (we could hear everything), too small bathroom with almost dismantled furniture (which can be quickly fixed..), I cannot say that staff was very smiling, at least at me.. To sum up, the double room is good only if you are alone or 2 adults staying for one night - no more. I was very disappointed.

The place is really nice, looks even better than in the pictures. Although the bedrooms are downstairs, there's a lot of light. The apartment is very spacious, close to the city centre (3-5 min walking) and central train station (12-15 min walking), it's very quiet and homey. Check-in and check-out were very easy. All in all we felt great here and totally recommend it.

The communication with the agency via booking could be easier. The mobile rooter didn't work, so we had no wi fi, but that wasn't a problem after all, cause we had mobile data on our phones. AC didn't function either, but that wasn't a problem either, cause the weather was ok (we stayed there in May). Basic stuff could make the stay even homier, like in other apartments (salt, olive oil, coffee, water, more than 1 toilet paper/room :), napkins etc). Although these are small details, they are nice touches which contribute to a pleasant stay and their lack makes it less homey.

We had the penthouse apartment and the view from the terrace was exceptional (sea view in the dustance with the old town in front of you and the churches, castle and medieval walls added to the enchantment. The flat was very spacious with 2 large bathrooms and all required facilities. The decor was very elegant.

The car parking was a nightmare. The route into the garage was too narrow for my 7 seater and we ended up parking on the street instead. The car parking in town is expensive and it's pretty much impossible to find a free parking space.

We were celebrating a special occasion but unfortunately our stay here left us feeling very disappointed. We would not return here or recommend others to stay here. Firstly, the map and directions given to us to the apartment were vague, so it took a very long time to find it. There were A LOT of ants in the apartment- in the bath, on the sofa, climbing on us, in our bags etc We were given 2 tiny sachets of soap/shampoo for 3 people for 3 nights. No other soap to wash our hands during the day was available. The balcony doors did not open properly. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on and the ants were crawling over it (and us) There were not enough hooks to hang our towels in the bathroom The staff, although very friendly, took hours to reply to our messages

Spacious and zen

Kitchen is not equipped as I would have expected for such price: some pots and a moka do not work with induction hob, peeler was broken, one super tiny chopping board, no dishwasher and no sponge to wash the dishes.
