The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. We booked a smoking room, but we were perfectly fine in it (normally I can’t handle the smell). The location was fantastic! It was a three minute straight shot from the station. The breakfast was good and the staff were super helpful from explaining the festival going on outside to helping me find a last minute doctor.

This is being super picky but the only thing I was bummed about is a pretty normal thing for me in Japan. I’m 194 cm or 6’5” and the shower head was really low for me, but it was also detachable so not too bad of a problem.

It's very near Biei JR station and downtown Biei. The room is big and the breakfast was pretty good!

They were very strict with 3pm check in.

The breakfast is basically nothing, very limited choices. The staff is not patient and attentive. The facilities are old. The wall is too thin, you can hear your neighbors' talking.

Sumptuous breakfast meal in a comfortable dinning area. Truely exceeding our expectation. Close to the visitor centre where and JR station.

Adding laundry facilities will certainly make the hotel a perfect place to stay for a couple of days.

The hotel is close to the station and right beside of Tourist information center, where you can book various activities for the day. Very spacious and comfortable rooms facing mountains. Breakfast is a buffet style and very delicious. Would stay again on my next visit.
