All is perfect! Staff was very nice, the room is large and comfortable, and the view on the rice terrace is amazing!

Cockroaches in the bath.

Pool, view, nice people at the hotel who helped a lot. We stayed at the honey moon suite.
Breakfast wasn't great. Bathroom ok. I expected more romantic decoration

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was not what we booked, there was no hot water, then there was burning hot water for am the beginning of the shower, then again only cold water!
The view is beautiful, but the pool isn’t inviting, and there is construction work nearby starting early morning until 10 or 11pm!
There wasn’t a fridge nor water kettle when we arrived in the room, despite it being mentioned in the booking. We had to ask and yet only got the fridge.
We were not told that they offer transfers inti down. We found out by chance from other guests on our last night. The transfer costs 30Rp, although we and the other couple shared the transfer, they charged us 30Rp each… and the list just goes on!

The place it's nice, souranded by rice terraces.
The place it's outside of ubud. You need a taxi to reach it from ubud main road since walking it's quite difficult due to the traffic. We stayed in a cottage which it's OK. However, the bathroom is very humid and dark, the bed was moving, and the overall impression is of improvisation. The worst part is breakfast, because it's in a dirty place, with no higine measures at all.

The accommodation is tired, needs a good refurbished.
A very average place.
Rooms are very basic.
Bathroom smelt.
The whole place is pretty tired.
Breakfast is really basic. We had it once then went 1 minute down the road and got a delicious breakfast.
Pool is in the shade and dirty.
Generally, it's not a comfortable stay. We left a day early.

Nice view I guess.
There was a storm and we came back to our room with a massive puddle of water on our bed (big leak from the ceiling). we requested to move room as you could not sleep in it (bed soaked with dirt), tried to suggest to just move the bed into the centre of the room (even though that didn’t fix anything, we had an early morning check out next day. They were barely apologetic. they reluctantly agreed to move us. we didn’t feel safe in this hotel after this incident.
They don’t clean their rooms, dirty corners (see pics) mould on ceiling and walls
Also the mosquito nets are broken (had to ask for them) with plasters in some of the holes
Pools are unkept and the sunbeds need to be replaced
Needs maintenance generally
Location is out of the way

It was in a quiet location and the room was spacious. Breakfast was decent. Staffs were polite and helpful.
Room smelled a bit damp, mainly the bathroom smelled. Bed was a bit springy and wouldn’t have mind it too much if it wasn’t for my back pain.

The location was beautiful and the wooden cabins very picturesque. Very friendly staff and nice pool.
We see that it's a very humid climate, but there was an unpleasant smell in our cabin. Also, there was a hole in the bedsheets and the mosquit
o net and some stains. Furthermore, some details like bed lamps and some extra cushions on the bed would make it more comfortable and cosy.

We were a family of 5 and stayed in the 4 bedroom villa. This was beautiful. 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Private pool. We found it to be clean and private. We were only a family 5 but could definitely accommodate large groups. Surrounded by rice patty fields which felt very exotic. This was excellent value for money.
If you are a family, I would recommend renting a car as it's not easy to get around unless you can go on a scooter. The wildlife is very loud at night-time and there are multiple roosters nearby that start early in the morning. Apart from the roosters, the nighttime wildlife can be enjoyable. But not if you need quiet to sleep.

peaceful small place and very beautiful
I like mostly everything but one thing I feel sad about is one day I walk to the reception desk and the facility owner ask me to pick one stone from the box so that he can read my spirit and that stone comes up with “poor”

If you are looking for a little piece of paradise, this is the place. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and with comfortable rooms, amazing views, and peaceful rice fields, I loved my stay here. The spa is also super close by. Just a nice walk through the rice field to get there.

At time of booking I was unaware that the "family room" was a huge suite with its own kitchen, outdoor pool, view of rice paddies, etc. Shocked on arrival, but pleasantly so. Couple of nice restaurants within meters of the Suites.
Junjungan Suites advertises airport transfers on the Web site, but that turned out to be fictitious. It is a one-hour walk to the nearest "town center", which is OK if you're keeping fit. 2-way traffic on 1-lane Balinese roads is sometimes a bit nerve-wracking if you're a pedestrian, or on a motorbike, or in a car.

The staff was helpful and kind, the view of the rice terraces and palm trees was astonishing, it’s 5 mins from the centre still out in the jungle. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
We didn’t get the room in the pictures, there was no hot water during our first night, the place was a bit worn down, the stairs were steep and dangerous. I have been to a few places in Ubud and regarding value for money: for half the price you could get a home stay with similar facilities but higher quality.

Location is amazing its easy to reach Ubud by motorbike in 10 - 15min. The room had an amazing view to the rice terraces, so every morning was breathtaking. Staff was very helpful, and assisted us on every question we had.
Apartment had two bedrooms and kitchenette, but for some reason only one of the rooms was with the AC. Kitchenette was pointless, as there was no tools so you couldn't even cut a pineapple or other fruit. Bathrooms was nothing you would expect to find in Bali - dark and damp. Apartment itself needs updating. Pool area was with broken sun-beds (in Bali, where you can buy amazing furniture on every cornet is a shame to have broken furniture), pool lighting not working as well. Breakfast was disappointing.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful site, view from the room on the rice fields, nice Swimmingpools, very well reachable from Ubud around 10-15 minutes. We enjoyed the tranquility. Resto offers good food and some other restaurants are also close by. The staff very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Bikes for rent available. Best value for money. We will definitely come and stay here another time.
