Cleanliness.. hotel looked old and under maintained

Very good breakfast. Large varieties for vagetarians. Restaurants had large choices. Restaurant staff is extreamly good.
Lobby staff treatment to seniour citizens. No respect for non-business private guests. People need training. Young staff without any feel are asked to managed lobby.

High tea snack inclusion could have been much much better. Oats cookies with tea/coffee is not something the guests would be impressed with.

Entrance lobby was good, staff was good and polite.
Rooms, passages and other places need urgent repair and refurbishments glass partitions don't look good house keeping needs supervision as many things like shower gels you have to ask for. Coffee shop crockery needs checking. Overall you can not call this property as Luxury Collection at all.
