The bed was very noisy every time we moved

Very good location with good parking area, breakfast very good, plenty of choice.

Paying £10 to get into an already prepared room 1 hour earlier.

Trying to extort £10 to book in 30 minutes early and having to wait in the lobby. Breakfast was below average, anaemic sausages and bacon and limited choice

Car park charges leave you fee,Ong ripped off. Just not a good feeling as a customer leading me to actively look for alternatives. It feels like it is profit gouging pricing. Even if the firs night was £20 and second night thereafter £10 but £20 per 24 hours is excessive so need to find alternatives.

Room excellent - clean and modern. Bed superb and comfy with lovely pillows. Very quiet and had a great nights sleep. For the price I was amazed that we had a full buffet breakfast included. Even though it was busy everything ran very smoothly. Easy check in and out and a huge car park right outside. Could not of been any better.

You cannot open the windows in the room which wouldn’t be a problem if the air con was effective … its was extremely poor if non existent

Cleanliness, facilities and location were excellent Breakfast had a good selection of foods and I liked that you could make fresh waffles!

Not major issues but was disappointed at the fact there was no bottled water in the room or biscuits. Nescafé coffee too. We stayed here as a treat but it kind of made it feel almost as if staying in a budget hotel.

I had an accessible room but I could not fit under the shower and I was not able to get a different room because the hotel was fully booked

The staff, location and included breakfast were great. The room was comfortable, and it was a good base for somewhere to stay for one night. It was pretty clean.

The room was a bit shabby and there were stains on our carpet. The parking is very expensive (reception said 20 pound per night) - I would recommend parking on the street nearby or the park across the road. The breakfast did finish early, but I suppose that got us out of bed on time!

Staff are always great and lady at reception who completed our check in and out was extremely helpful.

My fourth stay at this exact location and unfortunately this time round the room made us feel abit claustrophobic. As windows could not be opened for fresh air there was also no view from the windows '(blocked) which added to this. As it was only a one night stay we did not bother asking to switch rooms as also tight time schedule for the hassle of switching but I'm sure staff would have sorted this if asked.

Exemplary staff, good location and varied and good quality breakfast

Everything was as I expected. The carpet was a bit whacky, I liked it but if you’d had a drink or three it might make you feel a little dizzy!

The charge for parking for a low standard car park was ridiculous. Grout missing from the floor tiles throughout, making them loose. Stains on carpets in the room Slept on comfier beds at cheaper establishments. Also, some of the staff did not seem approachable The breakfast was okay, minus the scrambled eggs tasting like prawns/fish, and whilst we went up to get something else for breakfast, Staff had took our drinks which were full and the plates we left, so that when we went back to our seats we noticed that other guests were sat in our seats, so we had to find other seating and replenish drinks.

As soon as we went in we were greeted, checked in very quickly. Once up to our room stunned at how immaculate and large it was for the price we paid. WiFi worked extremely well and the shower was spotless. Bed a little firm for me bit still managed to sleep and woke up to a fantastic fresh breakfast thank you

Bed a little firm. But that is no fault of the hotel that is more my personal preference. Think there should be more staff on the breakfast. When we went down only one staff member cleaning and replacing the hot foot so think it was a bit too much of a juggle for them. However this had no impact on the food quality.

The chairs in the breakfast area, could have been a little more comfortable.

Parking £20 night so parked on street round the corner for less than half that

Nice room, large and comfortable shower.

Had a lot of trouble checking in, turned out they had already checked somebody in under my name, then struggled to find a different room to put us into. And quoted a higher price, for already extortiante parking rates, upon arrival, which differed from their own email and messages on Booking from the day of check in. Bad breakfast - lots of waiting around, for food, no good gluten free or lactose/dairy free options.
