O café da manhã é perfeito, tem de tudo, tudo fresquinho uma variedade enorme, de todos os hotéis que já fiquei esse tem o melhor café da manhã.

Location of the hotel
The two little pizzas I ordered were still cold and frozen. The staff warmed it up again, but it was bad quality food.

Most of the staff were gentle and friendly.
On my first day, I had I little trouble with my credit card. The Coordinator made me feel uncomfortable with the situation. I also requested something simple( toilet paper). They took so long to deliver to my room.

Breakfast was good, with very options, the bed was comfortable.
The room was in front of the avenue, so it has too much noise.

Due to covid they bring the breakfast in our room.
The first morning they havent asked us what we wanted to eat and we had ask for the breakfast at 9h30am but they brought it at 7h45am. We arrived around 1am the night before so we were exhausted and didnt appreciate being wake up this soon.
The second morning we asked for the breakfast at 7am because we had to leave for the airport at 7:30, they didnt bring it at the time so we left without having the breakfast.
They also put pressure on us to leave the room in order to clean it the first morning.
Also the sound of the AC was really loud.
