Good location, service good

Not enough space, rooms should be more spacious, not worth of the money been paid

Location in central Jaffna with all the sites walking distance

Pretty basic facilities, not luxury as described

the location was very convenient, small but very comfortable and the team is very obliging and helpful, we definitely felt comfortable through out the stay.

The room for which I paid the price for 4 star hotel price (US$118 per night Board only) was not good value for money. The facilities have deteriorated and the floors looked dirty. Staff were generally friendly. Mr. Zeruba a member of the counter staff was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

I liked the Counter staff especially Mr. Zeruba who got me a slightly lower rate on the third day of my stay.

Missing the pool

The hotel was in a great part of the City for a stroll to the Fort & local sites. The morning & evening buffet provided an amazing selection of food. The rooftop bar was a super place to catch a breeze & enjoy happy hour. All the staff provided great service with a smile.

The bathroom was a little cramped with the toilet tucked behind the door.

The room as such is nice, views are great, it's centrally located and the staff is friendly.

The shower in the room was moldy, clogged and the paint went off on the side wall. We told maintenance to check out the clogging and they came and said it was fine. Towels were not white anymore but yellowish. Balcony had not been cleaned, there was lots of long black hair on there. Food and drinks were so so, some was good and some was not. Also, in all other Jetwings, they provide glass water bottles, there it's just small plastic ones. Could be better for a Jetwing, at 93 USD per night for B&B it's too expensive especially compared to what you get at other hotels for that price in Sri Lanka.

The staff were exceptional, very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and the food is great. We had a very comfortable trip. Thank you very much to Gobi and Team for their hospitality. I would highly recommend Jetwing to anyone wanting to experience Jaffna.

There was nothing I disliked

The hotel was located at the Center of the city can visit few famous places in few minutes Staff was very nice and helpful

Swimming pool was not operating at the time of our visit since Jaffnna is quite hot place pool is necessary

Due to the economic situation in the country the hotel did well. We missed the fabulous breakfast and unlimited menu choices but what was on offer was consistent and good.

The room needed upgrading but was being maintained as well as possible in the present circumstances.
