good space for 3 people, simple, clean, functional apartment, parking on the premises, the heating worked well in colder weather, there was an aircon-unit in the bedroom kitchenarea gad a large fridge and dishwasher and a simple oven, the sofabed in the leaving area was comfortable too. outside space/ terrace was nice, maybe not for everyobe as it is overlooked by people passing by. the property was well kept and tidy . Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable abd safe.

bedding: provide standard single duvets according to time of year , the option to bring your own duvet covers doesnt work, ikea standard sheets/covers work best, better even if they are included in the price (as well as towels). cooking: although it was better equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, it was missing a few things to make full use of the kitchen, i. e. a chopping boards, small cereal/desert bowls, wine glasses, coasters, ovenproof dishes to for roasting/baking, a baking sheet. - provide another bin in the bathroom, more hooks/ rails to hang towels - in the bedroom a chest of drawers to store clothes in is needed or put more shelves in the wardrobe, just having hanging space is useless. - cleaning: provide better cleaning equipment (a new broom, mop, bucket, a hoover perhaps?) one doesnt want buy everything - provide instructions for the oven - a wall light, a sofa table and rug in the living room area would help to make it feel more homely.

the apartment was very big and clean. not far from the beach Eva was very nice. we have two bathrooms, two balcony.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has two full bathrooms. It is equipped with everything you need. There are enough parking spaces.

More kitchen equipment would be helpfull.

The house was clean and exactly what we were looking for, we were in Bibione for a concert and the appartment was only a 10 min walk from the stadion. The appartment had a parking space which felt very comfortable and safe since we had a rental car. The garden was superb as well. The landlady was easy to reach and very helpful

The appartment doesn't come with any facilities (towels, bedsheets) so you'll have to bring or rent this. In addition you'll have to buy your own cleaning facilities (the appartment did provide one dishwasher tablet, 1 toilet paper)

We enjoyed the location, closed enough to the center and beach, around 1km. But at the same time far from the night live that allowed us to rest and fall asleep without problem. This was great for us as we had 3 children.

If I really have to find something “negative”. The living area a bit small, but was replaced by the garden where we spent our meal and enjoyed h the summer weather.
