Breakfast was good. The food served in room was tasty.
The passenger lift was too smelly and cramped. It could accommodate max 4 persons who could feel each others breath. The bathroom fittings were rusty. There was no refrigerator in the room. The staff was not polite at all. The person who handed over the room keys was very rude. The kids were waiting outside the room to use washroom and he was nowhere to be found. The front desk took too long to complete the formalities. Basically the staff was not cordial at all and they were not hospitable at all.

TGL is such an awesome place for a grand holiday.
Staff is very attentive and has an active interest in all your requirements (special mention to Vinod & Sakshi at the Elements restaurant plus all their F&B staff, Sabita at the front office assisted us with candle light dinner).
There are fun activities designed for all age groups; Deepak Jadhav did a great job managing these activities (housie, origami, DJ, etc).
Overall highly recommended place.

Was gud location was the only point i made the booking
Clenliness wifi not working even after complaints no one even bothered to ask .
A simple hair comb not available with such a huge brand . Typical marwi gujrati food which i daily have at home daiy

No complain on food as it was only veg and majority of the guest seems to be either Jain or vegetarian.
Overall room services, cleanliness of the room not at all upto the mark.

The overall resort was good but the tent rooms were not clean, poor interiors inside the tent, washroom was also stinking. The normal rooms were very good though

The place is good near to all the major visiting points, spacious room. Taste of food was good. Check in and check outside smooth. There was music every where, this the best part which is making the environment pleasant
The cleanliness is the Major issue, due to continue rain few of the things in room got fungus collected, like wire and even the sachets of sugar kept with coffee. Freeze and hair dryer was not working, all channels were not available except very few news channels. As per the expectation of hotel separate toiletries needs to be provided I.e packed shampoo and shop. The available one seems to be of very low quality.

The staffs were very helpful, polite!!! The atmosphere!! Best part was the food!!! Amazing!!
I will not say did not like, but take it as a suggestion.
The cleanliness of the tent rooms has to little more taken care of. The wash basin and storage unit was not of the good quality.

Food and view from swimming pool is good. Staff was mostly cooperative. Location is convenient.
Highly overpriced hotel for the facilities and experience. bed mattress was old and could feel the springs . Bathroom shower did not work and had to get it repaired. Similar story of lot of hotels in tourist places in India, For 8000 INR (100$ plus) per day you get good hotels in Europe , US , Singapore and other tourist countries. So why are hotel rooms in India so costly when they are not providing the worth for the money you spend. Ideally such hotel rooms should not be more than 6000 INR inclusive of all taxes.
