Rooms are a bit small

Safety of the location,walking distance to the mall

A bit far from the beach,having to go a floor down to iron.front desk staff and maintenance staff are not probably trained.The noise that comes from the staff members when walking through the passages without considering whether guests are sleeping or not.I found it very disturbing that there was a maintenance guy that was making sexual comments about me as a guests ,how does one feel save in such an environment?I had asked to be moved from room 223 to another room,when I got downstairs I found a trainee receptionist that told me that the staff is angry because I took time to the room move ,however I was never notified when the room was ready I got a call later on as if I had to just guess.I only saw an email sent to me when I arrived home.

Staff was super friendly

No buffet. No bar fridges in the rooms.

Room are except that they are not well maintained. Door lock leading to the bathroom not working.

Airconditioning not working and Wifi poor signal.

Rooms are nice, and air conditioning was great. Good area

Loadshedding - invest in a generator. Other guests weren’t happy about the heat. Loud banging at night above our room. Parking is limited
