I love this property. stayed here before, so I was excited to return. The kitchen is consistent! I will always stay here when we come to handle business in Tadi. The local dishes from the kitchen are amazing!!!!! Any request I’ve also had, they’ve always accommodated me without any hassle or questions. I appreciate that.
Looks like a lot of new changes and possible management shift. Not that it’s a bad thing, some of the staff were not as familiar with the terrain. Nothing too serious. Only one issue I had, I was that I realized the bill after my kids ate all. I was given (and charged for) additional items I did not order. i mentioned it to staff at the kitchen and the reception desk. All just looked and smiled without any solution but to pay. I paid since my kids did already consume it. I also booked on bookings.com and the price I was charged was higher. The receptionist said it’s because the cedis value changed.

The bed was very comfortable and the pizza top class.
They need to update the cutlery and utensils in the apartment. The corkscrew was rusty and unusable. The apartment had a damp smell in it.

Everything ! The rooms are large and comfortable. Amenities are great. A walking distance to anywhere worth going in takoradi. I was pleasantly surprised at the ambience and services. Betty at reception and Ms baidoo at the bar were exceptional. Thank you.

overall they have beautiful apartments. the bedroom bathroom living room and kitchen - everything is very nice and exquisite.

When I arrived they gave me a room where the safety box didn’t work and there was a plumbing problem and the dirty water of the sink would drop over the bathroom floor and the shower. they responded in a professional way and gave me a room upgrade.
problems with the shower and water:
only one time was there warm water when i showered
when i came back after midnight , there was no water at all. i couldn’t shower, couldn’t wash my hands etc. No one could be reached. the water started working the next day from 8:30 am on. they brought me a bucket of water so I could shower
i wasnt offered any compensation or discount for this when i checked out. i would have expected something like that in a hostel - but not in a hotel apartment in that price range
the continental breakfast was a disappointment. i almost waited 30 min and then they brought only half of what I ordered from the menu. Then I had to wait another 30 min just for them to bring some cheese, bread and an egg. wow
could not swim in the pool on the day I arrived because of maintenance

Excellent breakfast. Jollof and Kebab in the morning was great for homecoming! The staff and manager were attentive and prompt with everything 🥰

the property was very clean, and accommodating to our needs. I enjoyed my balcony garden view, the time spent in the infinity pool, serene landscaping, accessibility to ride services to/from meetings, and to top it off the restaurant food and staff were all phenomenal!
the price was a bit steep. It was a last minute move from a horrible Airbnb experience to get out of asap. If I had more time to prepare and research other options, not sure I would’ve went for red mango because of the price point. The Airbnb I rented in the heart of Osu for half the price had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washing machine, full kitchen with island, and a wrap around balcony.

Breakfast is requested the night before and delivered on time in the morning. Room service is regular and top notch, facility is clean and environment is serene for relaxation.
Some of the appliances in the room were faulty. The fridge in Dublin Room didn’t cool during the whole time there. The microwave was also faulty but once we reported it, it was replaced.

The staff is WONDERFUL! Informed, helpful, professional. Dinner was delicious… breakfast was odd… I ordered a cheesy omelette but the cheese came on the side . Otherwise it was really nice there! I’d definitely stay there again!
