Excellent host Great location and nice size pool.

They shower is very small and the sink was tiny. But fully functional. I would still return and stay longer next time

It has everything we needed, close to the beach, a lovely pool and is very family-orientated. Eva and her family are wonderful hosts who are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond!

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children, who jointly rented us into 2 neighboring apartments at the Lions hotel on Poros July 2022. Everything was nice, clean, and cozy. From the balconies of our apartments, we looked down into the pool, where children and adults romped through the day. The outside areas were lovely with deckchairs and also one shaded common area and a small cafe with drinks. There are several local child-friendly sandy beaches within walking distance if you want to swim in the Mediterranean. The hostess Eva was super sweet, helpful, and caring. She lived with her family in one of the apartments, so we spoke with her several times a day. She inquired about our wishes, told us about options for excursions in the area, and was helpful with all sorts of practical things. The place was beautiful and the surroundings absolutely fantastic.

A quiet & cosy place just outside the little town of Poros. We had a warm welcome. The place has a great pool. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. We had breakfast down in Askeli near the beach.

There is no denying Eva is a lovely person who is happy to help with anything. She is also located on site and therefore available at all times. The apartment and site was also very clean and tidy. If you want something which is cheap and cheerful and you aren’t too bothered about facilities, it’s great.

The shower was too small firstly in height but also the shower curtain cut across the shower tray so if it were closed you were only left with half the shower to turn around in. I just about managed but I’m 5ft, my partner is 6ft 2in and his head nearly touched the ceiling of the shower (which was made out of a sheet of glass and was dirty on the outside). There was no hook to hang the shower head on so you had to hold it between your knees while you washed your body/hair. The basin was very small with a glass shelf above which, at my height meant I would bash my head when I leant forward to brush my teeth and spit the toothpaste onto the floor at my partners height meant he couldn’t spit toothpaste out without getting it on the shelf. There was no kettle, only a hot plate on which you could heat water for drinks. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Overall the whole place needs a freshen up. There were decorative butterflies stuck on our wall but some of the wings had been pulled off, the curtain wasn’t attached to all the curtain hooks and hung down on one side, the fridge freezer was located next to the bunk beds in the second room. It was little things like that which made it look a bit shabby.

Beautiful, bright and clean studio near the town of Poros. Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information about beaches and good places to eat.

The kitchen equipment and appliances are old. The bathroom is narrow and the water flow was low.

We as a family of 4 loved Everything about our stay here. Eva, the owner was so hospitable & kind. The accomadation cleaned daily was nicely decorated and so comfortable, perfectly roomy for our family of four The pool was clean, spacious and our two girls had so much fun in it. Plenty of seating and loungers poolside. A lovely pool bar to grab a beer and iced coffee. Perfectly located beside many great restaurants & a lovely beach. We cannot recommend Lions enough. For sure we will return here again. Poros is a beautiful island and Lions is the perfect choice of accommodation
