Bedsheets need to be updated. Thankfully the cicadas hid the worst of the traffic noise Kitchen basics such as pepper and olive oil are not provided. The weird array of motorbike memorabilia in the adjacent pizza restaurant.

The very kind host and hostess. They are really helping you out and are very friendly.

My husband and I had one apartment and our student daughters had the other. Both apartments were very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and the pool was very clean and large enough to swim lengths. Loungers at the side of the pool were comfortable and had shade provided. The hosts were very friendly and Francesca gave us lots of great information about places to go and the best way to get there. The apartment was close to the beach and we drove there several times. Also not far from Lucca where we went twice and great days out.

It was very hot this summer,and there was no air conditioning so we found it hard to sleep at night. Also the apartment is close to a winding road and at night you can hear people going up and down the road - sometimes they beep their horns at the bend. We live in the country and are used to absolute silence at night so we found it a bit noisy. I imagine though if you came from a city you wouldn't think it noisy.

The road ist near, so it is a bit noisy at the terrace. But at the pool it is calm and you cannot here the traffic there.

Perfect place for sunny holidays. Nice swiming pool, enough shade. Appt was clean and good equipped. Hosts ware very helpful and kind.

Beautiful location in the hills overlooking the sea with the bonus of a swimming pool and garden. Perfect for relaxation and away from the busy coastline, but still easy to reach for the beach. Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Delightful hosts always ready to provide local tips and information. Highly recommended!

There is no washing machine so it is important to bring enough clothes for the duration of your stay. Not a problem, but good to know in advance!

A very spacious apartment and had everything we needed. The family were very welcoming and helpful. The pool is a very welcome facility after a long day sight seeing and only sorry we didn’t have more time to enjoy. Stefano was particularly helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

No air conditioning. We had our own fan and it was definitely needed in August. Property is very close to the road. However, this didn’t disturb our sleep.
