The room was spacious. It was neat and clean and excellent facilities and amenities were available

Staffs are very cordial and helpful. Location view is good. Almost at the heart of the city. Overall environment is good. Restuarent staffs are good. Special name to mention are Mr.Mondeep and Ms Swata.

Ac or fan facilities could be a requirement. Sometime at night felt warming environment in the room while sleeping.

All the staff are very helpful and the location was awesome. Hotel washroom and rooms are very clean. The food taste was absolutely on point.

Payment system has to be online or card system. But they only have cash facilities.

Almost everything. No concern for the guests, no proper food facility in their in-house restaurant, front office people were confused most of the time. Charged extra money for the airport pick up than usual market rate. Having problems if guest wants to pay through credit card. No proper outside security barrier in the form of a wall or guard. Not at all value for money. Had to ask for toiletries and other items.

Location is the only good thing if one is okay with constant toy train whistle

The worst experience ever. The hotel didn't have proper facilities of either generator or heater or electric blanket. The hotel made us to suffer in 5* c temperature with just one extra blanket. As this was not enough there was no electricity for entire night 😡😡.. and in morning also it was there only for 2 hours...the staff was good enough to argue with us..😒.. they were really not bothered about the guests... We had booked it for two days but couldn't bare this torture for a day and checked out next day.
