I had a very disappointing experience at Apartments Leptiric. The host was extremely rude and inflexible, which ruined our entire night out in the old town. We were a group of people, and for three rooms, there was only one small bathroom available with a broken shower. To flush the toilet, we had to climb the wall! The only positive aspect was the air-conditioning and the swimming pool. The host's behavior was completely unacceptable. He demanded an additional tax for the kids, even though we had not mentioned them during the booking. We were six adults and two kids, but we had only provided details for the adults. Later, he insisted on payment in cash for the kids, and when I requested bank details to make the transfer, he became even more aggressive. I managed to negotiate a discount for the kids, but he still demanded cash. We didn't have cash on hand at the time as we were preparing to go to dinner in the old town. I offered to transfer the money online, but he refused and threatened to lock the apartment if he didn't receive the cash within an hour. Due to his rude behavior and urgency for cash, we had to cut our dinner short and rush back to the apartment to pay in cash. This was completely unnecessary and ruined our evening. I have previously booked stays at other places and had enjoyable experiences, but this was, by far, the worst. Personally I would not recommend staying at Apartments Leptiric to anyone. The host's attitude and lack of flexibility made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Mladenka is a good and welcoming host. Free private parking and nice terrace.

The apartment is pretty small for family of 3 cause when the sofa bed is used there is no much space left, you need to move around your suitcases. Bed and pillows not so comfy. The pool wasn't so clean. Not the owners fault but they had a group of 8 people above us that made a looot of noise.

As advertised. Both the unit and the host were excellent. The location is great as well as the ammenities. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back.

Nice place, very clean. Friendly and available host. Good pool, nice little playground for kids. Big patio and BBQ. Close to supermarket and a couple restaurants/cafes. Not far from the beach. I would return and I recommend it.

Not much... ahh, the "jacuzzi" part of the swimming pool only worked intermittently, and then for only 20 seconds or so at a time. Uphill walk to the place from everywhere else but Croatia is a hilly country.
