Second stay at this particular property and again, excellent for our needs. Spotlessly clean on arrival and all amenities just as we wished. Everything very convenient for visiting our family in Aldeburgh and will definitely use again.

we liked the position and layout of the property.

nothing. would have like a bigger mirror in twin room (possibly full length inside wardrobe door) and a bedside lamp. luckily friend had brought extension lead and so brought table lamp from sitting room to use in bedroom.

Broken blind. Poor outdated instructions in the property. Lack of cleaning materials.

perfect location, lovely little opening with the sea view, convinient car park, decent dinning space

basic facilities, tenis players noise, cheap dishes, cutlery, poor quality kitchen equipment, uncomfortable beds, not convinient for dogs although dog friendly- small hallway, necglected balcony sitting set

location was ideal for our needs with the beach just across the road - the dog was delighted! We were visiting family who live in Aldeburgh so it was perfect location.

It was a great location, very close to the seafront but far enough back to be a little removed from any weather extremes. The property was perfect for our needs - very comfortable. We didn't meet the hosts but they were kind enough to call us before our arrival to check on our fuel situation and also provided very useful notes in the property itself.

I can't think of anything. We loved it and we will be coming back.
