It is a scam. There is no resort. The pool, restaurant, game room and laundry are all closed. Only after we booked did they say that, as well as stating it is non-refundable. Most of the area looks like it was under construction and abandoned. Pictures online are from years ago when it was thriving. They are completely out of date.

was very disappointed false advertising washer but no dryer dishwasher not working so we washed clothes then had to hang them we had to wash I own dishes I called the office they blew me off told they not responsible for my unit they will that but that person never contact us we wanted to know why the washing machine not converting to a dyer and why the dishwasher was not it advertised that I paid 680,00 for only 4 days we will never stay there again the process was bad we had to wait until 6pm we got there 3:57 not happy

Broken items in room. Resort aware yet nothing was done to correct issues. Had to got to laundromat due to resort laundry not avaliable

Cute Villa, outstanding & responsive host, terrific staff, quite area. My daughter's and I would love to return in the future to take advantage of all the amenities when they are back up and running. Recommend and looking forward to our return.

The villa is situated in a beautiful resort. You dont need to go out for breakfast. You can purchase breakfast in property. Also hwy 192 as all the restaurant buffets. Helicopter rides small amusement parks to indulge in. Plus not to mention Disney is 17 mims from villa...

Just after arriving I had some questions to the host. If there's frying pan, non working Wifi, problems with lights (Only one light was working at the bed room) and through house corridor red fire alarm(?) box was keeping 'pip pip' sound. I got only answer that 'She knows, there's a pan', punch of pictures about flat maybe after previous visitor. And a question if I'm at right unit. After asking more and telling I feel myself very unwelcome, the answer was that this is not a hotel... I told also that there's no shampoo... But to the end I decided just to not care... Soap empty too, no adapter, no washing machine... Definitely this backyard flat is more near cheap motel than place to spend family holiday with kids. No support for anything. Very falls advertising with rude host. No good. She had all the time a chance to fix things (I stayed 6 nights), or offer a compensation. Not any interest.
