A fantastic hotel to stay at. Everything is five star quality yet the price is very fair and only match a three star hotel. A home away from home in a wonderful city, Weimar. Highly recommended, worth a journey on its own merits. Thank you for four memorable days. Will be back.

We loved the breakfast options, from healthy to hearty and even a little decadent. Coffee, pastries and fruit were available all day and they were homemade, what a delight. The seating in the dining rooms was very comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. There was a large library and a bar. We had family in from outside of Weimar, that came and brought us a cake it was so easy to get plates forks and coffee for us to sit outside in the garden with our family. It felt just like home! Our room was lovely with two comfortable armchairs with a footstool and a splendid view of parts of Weimar. the bed was luxurious with plenty of pillows to choose just the right one. The bathroom had a large rain head shower and everything you needed was provided, with a touch of elegance. The hotel had an elevator which is important for some of us.We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. There were a lot of extras too many to mention. When it was time for us to leave we did not want to go, we are definitely planning a trip back to the hotel Hollerbusch. Just a fantastic place to stay: location good, very historic interior, so clean everywhere, good room, bed and bathroom top stuff, nice balcony, coffee, juices, sparkling water, cakes avail free around the clock, good breakfast, free bike, very good sauna at extra price, pets very welcome, good parking at little xtra price, close to all in the city.

Furnishing and decoration was extremely pleasant, and the bathroom was really exceptional, bath tub, spacious shower, etc. High quality breakfast, free non alcoholic drinks on the premises, and free alcoholic drinks in the room. Possibility to sit and to have drinks in the nice garden. Parking lot on the premises.

This family-run hotel unambiguously deserves the highest appreciation : kind welcome, excellent service, great breakfast, central location in a quiet neighbourhood (at walking distance from the Goethe house), former bourgeois house tastefully refurbished.

The authenticity of 19 century charm and the stateliness of the modern conveniences (plumbing, faucets, strong water pressure) and most of all a very comfortable bed with eiderdown insured a great sleep. The hotel has been restored in a very gracious and elegant manner.

Hotel Hollerbusch is just lovely. Our family suite was beautiful and we loved relaxing in the lounge area with complementary coffee and cake. The children's play area was fabulous too, leaving us to enjoy the provided reading materials or head for the sauna. The owners (lovely family!) were always friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The centre of Weimar is just a five minute walk away. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. Breakfast was 15 euros extra (kids don't pay) but well worth it! Thanks for everything! We'll hopefully be back!
