Very clean n good location

Within walking distance to Imago and easy access for eateries downstairs. The accommodation was enough as a basics.

We arrived late since the arrival of our flight due at 10pm. I hope the owner could provide clearer instructions of where the lift located for your residence building which is actually nearer to the parking locations. But since we didnt receive that through proper instructions of which lift should be taken from the parking lot we keep on walking from one bulding to another with lots of luggage and whatsapp was not even reply after 9pm its a bit borthersome. Imagine bringing an elders with a luggage going from one bulding to another just to find the right bulding.. I hope the owner or anyone involve could apply a proper instructions with a better image an guidance from the moment key was taken and then from parking lot to elevator. Please make it flexible to be contacted at any hour since the customer may not arrive at the house before 9pm. The questions was not answered regarding the parking but the only reminder that i received early in the morning was a reminder of check out time before 11am. No sorry or whatsoever.

Location strategic near eating place.

Apartment has unpleasant odour. The light on toilet not functioning. Very dissappointing the pool has very frequent maintanance like 4 times a week in the morning. Thus i didn't had a chance to go to swim in the morning.

Lobby lift a bit hot. Inside the lift also hot, no aircond. One of the aircond at dining room is leaking. Asked to get more towel to clean the wet floor but not coming. Can't use the swimming pool as it requires early booking, and when we tried to book there were no more free slots. Swimming pool is the utmost important when you bring kids during vacation.

Wifi connection is good.

Everything!! The advertised picture is totally different from the place. Too good to be true. The bed sheet, blanket and towel are like they have not been washed. The provided pillow also smelly and the most disspointing one is the place have a lot of dust and cockroaches + the toilet is very dirty. 🤢

Very clean and super spacious stay. Thank you 💗 the staff replace our booked condo since the one that we booked have a little bit problem. The replace to the nice stay. 👍
