La colazione fai da te non è il massimo per chi va in vacanza, ma si supera facilmente uscendo dal Bb e recandosi nelle decine di locali nei dintorni, compreso lo storico Gambrinus

The location was perfect. We were in the heart of Naples and were able to easily access a plethora of dining options and shops. Getting a taxi cab was easy as we were so close to the main streets. The balcony was small and not something we opted to stand out on, but it was a great viewing experience. Noise from vehicles and people was not an issue at all. Chiaia was clean and well taken care of. It was great to have water and juices available in the kitchenette in the main dining area of Chiaia. Francesca was amazing! After a lengthy flight delay, Francesca met us at the main street and escorted us onto the property, and made sure we were settled for the night. She was easily reachable and gave us great insight and tips while staying in Naples. If you're looking for a great centralized location to stay, this is a great place! Would highly recommend.

Not enough toilet roll. Breakfast was ok but could be improved with a delivery of fresh pastries instead of pre packaged shop brought ones.

Excellent location
I mean it was clean,but if you are a bit squeamish,it could be cleaner. The soap used from the previous guests was still in the shower and nobody had dusted the inside of the wardrobe.

The apartments have been designed with thought and practicality. The room was spacious, newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Added touches such as a converter plug in the room with USB point, night lights along the hallway and the simple self serve breakfast was a bonus in an apartment style rental without 24 hour reception. The location was great and walking distance to the main square of Piazza Plebiscito and a 10-15 minute walk to two metro stations. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was nowhere to leave your luggage after checking out other than under the front glass desk in the main reception. Although the building appears safe, there were a few occasions when we were entering or leaving the apartment that the main door was left open, so I would hesitate in leaving anything of real value in left luggage. Other than that, I would have no qualms in staying there again or recommending this place to others.

I booked this accommodation for my parents. It is located in Via Chiaia, a vibrant area full of people and restaurants. It is in a fourth floor. There is a lift. The room was spacious, clean and modern. There is free coffee in the common area.
You have to specify the exact time of your arrival, as the place is not staffed 24/7. It is not a problem if you know when you are arriving. There are no eggs for breakfast.
