Five adults and two children (ages 3 and 6) stayed four nights in this lovely home. It is spacious and well-equipped, with a great location. Our check-in was personal and extremely helpful; hosts were responsive. Nothing but high ratings for this experience. We would love to return.

Despite being just 1900 sq ft, the decorating, furnishings, art and overall placement of such made the house feel far larger. The 2-car garage was stocked with a selection of outdoor and beach supplies, along with 2 sets of washers and dryers. The entry level has a game/family room. The next floor up contains the 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The floor above that has a living room with a small cove area with a twin size bed and dresser for extra sleep space. On the other side of that floor is a family room and dining area with the kitchen next to it. The floor above that was the outdoor rooftop dining area. My own personal disappointment with the house was not being able to see the ocean from there, but that was no sacrifice.
Above all, the house was beautifully designed, comfortable and welcoming. The owners were friendly, accessible and amenable to our needs. They also checked in to make sure we had all we needed.
This all made for a delightful stay. We highly recommend it.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It is quiet and in a great location 2 easy blocks to the beach and a short walk to numerous shops and restaurants. The house was larger than we needed, very nicely furnished and well equipped. The garage was large and included bikes, beach equipment and 2 each fully functional washers and dryers. The "caretaker" was readily available and very pleasant. Only things to be aware of are one flight of stairs to the bedrooms and 2 flights to the kitchen/dining room/living room, uneven temperature control on the 3 floors (max low sixties outside during our stay), and a possibly objectionable painting on the 3rd floor. Overall, I recommend it highly.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The garage parking was very nice since parking on the street is difficult. We could walk to Venice shopping and the beach. I’d recommend this house for other families.

This property can't be praised enough. The Venice Beach location is ideal - just two blocks to Abbot Kinney AND just two blocks to beautiful, expansive Venice Beach. We rode the bikes provided at the house, and the beach chairs and towels.
The house is unassuming when you walk in and stunning once you are inside. It is beautifully decorated and has many sitting spaces so you can easily spread out.
Check in was personal, as they met me and walked me through the house and were extremely helpful - I needed it as it is three stories... with a rooftop area!
The other perk is that it has a two car garage, so we felt at ease with our cars and not needing to find street parking.
We will definitely be back!

Our family of 4 (2 teen boys) stayed here, and it was a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach with beach chairs and towels provided. We rented bikes and went up to the Santa Monica Pier for the day. Also a short walk to Abbot Kinney shopping and restaurants. The owners were lovely and provided everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house is in the perfect Venice location, it is very well equipped, and the hosts were awesome to deal with. Our larger group had some specific needs and the owners did everything in their power to accommodate us. Overall, everything you want/need in a VRBO rental.

We had a positive experience from the time of booking until we left. Before we left, James and Bob were always quick to respond to our questions. Check in and check out went smoothly and the home was very well cleaned. The location is perfect for easy walks to the beach and boardwalk. Having the bikes available was definitely appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This house absolutely met our needs and exceeded our expectations.
A group of us were meeting up for a Mastermind and wanted to share a house while being walking distance to the beach and venue.
This house was spacious and accommodating. We didn’t even use all the living rooms 🤣
One thing to note: you will get lost at least twice in this house. The layout is unique and funky, so you’re guaranteed to lose your bedroom or the kitchen a few times. It became an ongoing joke. #MakingMemories
But seriously, you won’t be disappointed when you book here. 💗

This property was great for our large family to spend some time in Venice Beach and Santa Monica. It was super convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and we appreciated that almost all bedrooms were on one floor. The location is great, and the hosts were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

James and Bob were amazing with communication leading up to and during our stay. Made everything very easy for us. And the space is well appointed. The lovely zen garden and rooftop were great places to hang out. And it's only a few minutes walk to the beach or to Abbot Kinney. So many things nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, great location!
Great house in a great location! Two blocks to the beach, two blocks from a great bakery for brunch (Gjusta), and right across the road from an excellent restaurant (Barrique). Hope to come again one day!

Great for family trip to the beach~
The location of this property is amazing! Its a quick 5 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk area. A quick bike ride to Santa Monica pier( bikes in the garage!!) Lots of toys to play in the sand. The house was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out when home. Lots of options for beds and 3 living areas to relax. Washer/dryer in the garage was great. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes/silverware, etc. Everything needed to dine in or cook. We would love to come back to this great spot. The only real compliant I have is that the windows are older and they are not very soundproof so you can hear a lot of the action outdoors if your trying to sleep in late or emergency vehicles go by. Not a deal breaker for our family!

He used the half bath on the same floor. The property’s outdoor spaces have lots of seating for hanging out. We especially enjoyed the zero gravity chairs in the Zen garden. The neighborhood is walkable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay while vacationing and sightseeing in LA.

Great location and Bob and James are awesome! Would definitely stay there again. Great for all ages! So close to the beach and close to Santa Monica too. Quick walk to Abbot Kinney. Had everything for the beach and two washer and dryers.
