Very well kept. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Off street parking. Fridge and freezer. Tea, coffee and biscuit to have on arrival.
Only three mugs in a flat for 4.
No glass or plastic containers to use in the microwave.
No oven gloves.

very clean and well laid out
on the Saturday night next door had a party which spread outside, they were very loud and on the Sunday morning there was smashed glass outside the property

Really great find. Excellent layout, off road parking and great location.
I don't think there was anything we didn't like. Couple of minor issues but nothing to complain about at all. Will definitely be back.

We booked the property for two elderly relatives who were visiting during the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. The property was very clean when they arrived and regularly cleaned during their stay. The hosts were very accommodating and went out of their way to help, e.g. when we forgot our phone at the property.

Extremely clean property within easy reach of rugby city centre, its a 10/10 property in every way and we will be booking again this year.

This is a comfy and fabulous apartment located on the outskirts of Rugby and in quiet and safe surroundings. We want to thank Jim and Angela for their responsiveness and kindness. Angela greeted us at the door was very helpful and thoughtful. We definitely recommend staying here.

Modern and exceptionally clean upstairs apartment. Residential area on new estate on outskirts of Rugby but very quiet. Large Tesco and Aldi supermarkets nearby by car. Friendly landlord met us at property with keys.

It was exactly as described - clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and sofa.
Good off road parking with garage option for bikes. Very pleasant lady to welcome us and show us round

Stayed in the property over Christmas to see my son. Everything was super clean, able to cook a full Christmas dinner and relax in the evening. Will 100% look to stay next time I am back up this area. Many thanks and Merry Christmas
