Prime location in Riomaggiore, stunning interior, modern kitchen, comfortable beds, loved having two bathrooms, easy parking. Great, very detailed and proactive communication from owner

The location is perfect and the pictures in booking.com certainly does not justify how good the property is. The actual property itself is way better. Very comfortable place with good food nearby. Just a small thing to note is the owner does not speak English but nothing Google translate can’t solve. Highly recommend!

The apartment is lovely with everything you need. The balcony was great for sitting out in the sun for breakfast and to relax in the evening.
It is on the edge of the busy parts of Riomaggiore so, although uphill from the harbour, is quiet with lovely hillside views.
The walk from the station is up a steep hill but it's manageable and does get easier!

The apartment was very nice. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with hardware. A tea towel to clean up would have been helpful. Or paper towels.
The instructions say: wait at the information sign. We waited at the first information sign, possibly the second (the cemetery). The instructions should say: wait at the information sign next to the traffic barrier. We made Serena wait in the cold for 15 min. We felt bad about that.

Location is easy to find. Host Serena is very attentive. Nice spacious apartment with kitchen. Kitchen and bath have been modernized since our last visit. We actually liked the more country style before renovation. But now has air conditioning!
Problem with new water heating system throughout our 3 day stay. Could only get hot water for 2 minutes at a time. Made showering very difficult. Maybe problem with new on-demand system.

We were charged 2€ per person by the person that let us in the apartment, as some tax. That was never mentioned or written before our arrival.

The location is extremely good Short walk from the beach and city center. The apartment was super clean and well decorated. It had recently been renovated and looked new :).
The entrance to the paid parking at premises is very tight and one needs to enter at an angle while being on a slope. I ended up scraping my car door against the tight gate. I thing they should make the gate wider and cut off some protruding stones to ensure safe parking. There was some problem in communicating in English but the hosts were very polite and we managed to get what we requested.

It was in a great location with a parking spot for our big car. We had everything we needed. The shower was great.
We had a little trouble getting to the property as our sat nav didn’t want us to go into the township. My advice would be to send a message to those who are driving to come down into the township right to the first boom gate. Otherwise it was perfect!
